I had an excellent time at your hotel .
Pros:

Love the location. Love the pool area it was very clean ..My room was also very clean . Best breakfast of all the hotels I stayed at . Staff was very friendly and helpful.. You are my number one hotel .

Cons:

Too much outside noise when in the room especially at night.. Rooms can be more sound proof for a better night sleep.

Cons:

Sou cliente do htl há 20 anos. O Aipana é um hotel que parou no tempo. Passou da hora de uma modernização dos quartos. Talvez por conta da falta de concorrência e da localização privilegiada, os proprietários não se preocupem com isso. Tirando a cortesia e prontidão da equipe e a qualidade do café da manhã, pouco sobra para elogiar sobre o htl. Camas e roupas de camas antigas, fechaduras das portas pouco confiáveis. Tudo isso foi agravado pela falta de água durante metade da minha última hospedagem.

Ambiente harmônico,fácil localização, espaço ventilado, uma canja deliciosa na parte externa,vários espaços pra fotos.

Cons:

Não gostei do banheiro,pois a torneira da pia pingava e no vaso sanitário a água transbordava no momento da descarga ( constrangedor)
