Pros:

De grootte van de kamer en de badkamer.

Cons:

Het personeel sprak bijna geen Duits of Engels, ze begrepen ons vaak niet als we iets zeiden of vroegen. Ze lachten dan maar wat en liepen weg. Ook was de 'tuin' meer het terras van het restaurant. Erachter liep een erg drukke doorgaande weg (24/7), waardoor je de ramen 's nachts dicht moest houden. Dan was het geluid goed weg, maar had je geen frisse lucht... Ook ligt het wat verder van het centrum (30 minuten lopen), maar als hotel op doorreis is dit een prima hotel.

I told staff that the light in my bathroom was flickering. I was told that it would be replaced. Unfortunately it was not. This was very disappoiting.

De ligging was prima. Wel een half uurtje lopen vanaf het centrum, maar bij het hotel gratis parkeren

Cons:

Het personeel in het restaurant ‘‘s avonds was niet heel vriendelijk. Bij het ontbijt was het veel beter

La struttura è rimodernata di recente e i servizi in camera sono nuovi. La colazione è ottima, la sala ristorante è spaziosa e gradevole, con una vista sul giardino molto piacevole

Good food. Very nice stay
Pros:

Didn't like our original room on top floor but paid extra for a better room and was easy to change.
New room had a balcony overlooking a park.
Had dinner in there which was very nice. Sunny evening and ate outside. Was quite busy and service was good.
Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Not much to not like. We enjoyed our stay

Lieber etwas mehr Geld für eine andere Unterkunft ausgeben.
Pros:

Es gab Parkplätze an der Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war groß.
Nach dem Fest am Morgen war das Personal sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Cons:

Es gab keinen Aufzug. Der Aufstieg in die 2. Etage war beschwerlich. Die gesamte Einrichtung war ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Es wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass ein italienischer Abend mit sehr lauter Musik stattfand. Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht benutzt werden, weil man dazu einen Schlauch aus dem Fenster hätte hängen und somit das Fenster bei der lauten Musik hätte offen lassen müssen.
Aufgrund der Festlichkeiten war das Personal sehr geschäftig und hektisch. Es kam zu langen Wartezeiten.

Pros:

Das Hotel ein sehr schönes Gebäude. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Essen war sehr sehr gut, das Frühstück war genügend.

Cons:

Wir hatten das zimmer 205 im zweiten Stock. Das Fenster war gerade
mal 40cm x 50cm was nicht ausreichte zum genügend frische Luft ein zu lassen. Das Klima Gerät konnte die warme Luft nicht abführen.
