Cozy, clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
Pros:

Nice water slide for the kids, outdoor snacks and bar. The hotel had a beautiful interior and we had a clean room with a cozy balcony we sat on to watch the rain.

Cons:

The only thing off putting was that you had to pay for breakfast and we didn’t appreciate being asked about a time share twice after declining the first time. Other than that the staff was very nice and we enjoyed our stay overall.

Pros:

Hotel was very nice, great location, and clean. We reserved the suite, with a river view. It was awesome, huge wrap around balcony, and our suite had 1.5 baths which was great!! The pool was good size, and the slide was awesome! Kids loved it.
What we didn’t like:
The pool - Didn’t seem to be cleaned (pick out leaves, bugs, etc), and the waterfall (the mushroom) was only on 1 day. The outdoor bar/snack bar was only open 1 day (Sunday) during our stay.

Breakfast - For what we paid for 5 days, you should get @ least a free continental breakfast, having to pay an additional $10 is a little ridiculous.

All in all - We’d stay again, would just hope they cleaned up the pool area, and address those thing.. That would put this spot over the top!!

We will it be back. Too expensive and uncomfortable beds.
Pros:

The rooms and facilities were clean. This is the only plus I can offer.

Cons:

The 2 nights we spent at the Black Fox was way too expensive!

The mattresses on the beds were way too hard. Sleeping was difficult due to the hard mattresses.

We would have stayed an extra night but the price I paid and the hard mattresses were a turn off. We won’t be back.

Excellent Father's Day Getaway!!
Pros:

The restaurant inhouse offered very delicious food offerings at reasonable prices. My children absolutely loved the swimming pool. Our room was very comfortable and the staff was tremendous!!

Cons:

The windows throughout the facility were very dirty. That is my only complaint.

Our stay was relaxing and comfortable.
Pros:

I liked the location of the property in town and we were able to walk anywhere. Also my children loved playing in the pool and the balcony facing the river was so relaxing.

Nice location, but..
Pros:

Bathroom and overall room was nice and clean and well temperature kept.

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable, had a terrible experience trying to be refunded for a night which later was declined after staying. Wouldn't stay again
