It was great service and stay

Cons:

Only one thing I was but puzzled with, i noticed my bed was really soft and felt like I was sinking in it, I was expecting it to be abit firm more , that's all

Overall I was happy but being locked out of your room was painful

Convenient location clean easy low key

Cons:

No breakfast

My key card did work to get into my room I was locked out of my room door failed 4am in the morning it was by luck a manager was about to leave and could let me in. They said it was lucky because 4-9am there wouldn’t have been anyone available to help if it had of happened any later

Didn’t get much sleep during the night

It rained all night and there was no down pipe on the balcony, all you could hear was the water continuously pouring onto the balcony.
The bed was sagging in the middle. Needed to sleep one on queen bed and in single bed.

Place. Clean. And good staff. I am requesting for microwave to reheat my food staff bring me a microwave in my room really appreciated.

Cons:

I like it 90 percent. I am looking for a room that with toilet and shower inside the room. Next time.

Buyer beware! Some rooms share a bathroom. Unhelpful and un-cooperative staff.

Cons:

Unhelpful and inflexible staff need to understand that work requirements and arrangements can change outside of your own control. Yes, there was availability for the amendments.
Not what I had but noticed you could easily get caught out booking a SHARED BATHROOM room, not clear on booking sites.
