Leider entsprach mein Aufenthalt im NFK Hotel in keiner Weise der Beschreibung: Der zugesagte Flughafentransfer wurde n
Cons:

Vor unserer Anreise hat das Hotel mehrfach über Nachrichten Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen und bestätigt, dass ein VIP-Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel organisiert wird. Uns wurde dafür ein Preis von 1.250 Türkischen Lira genannt. Ich habe alle Flugdaten sowie unsere Ankunftszeit rechtzeitig übermittelt und war daher davon überzeugt, dass das Fahrzeug bei unserer Ankunft auf uns warten würde.

Als wir jedoch am Flughafen ankamen, war kein Fahrzeug vor Ort. Als wir das Hotel telefonisch kontaktierten, bestritt der Mitarbeiter plötzlich jeglichen Kontakt mit uns und behauptete, er kenne uns nicht und habe uns nie Nachrichten geschickt – obwohl sämtliche Nachrichten gespeichert sind und ich diese nachweisen kann. Aufgrund dieses Versäumnisses mussten wir fast zwei Stunden warten und schließlich auf eigene Kosten ein Taxi für 50 Euro nehmen.

Leider hörten die Probleme damit nicht auf. Der Zustand des Hotels entsprach in keiner Weise der Beschreibung auf der Buchungsplattform.

Das Zimmer war schmutzig. Es gab weder einen Schrank noch einen Safe, um Geld oder Wertsachen sicher aufzubewahren. Außerdem war kein Haartrockner vorhanden.

Auch das Badezimmer war in einem sehr schlechten und unhygienischen Zustand. Die Toilette war so nah an der Wand montiert, dass man sich kaum normal darauf setzen konnte und sie nur unter großen Schwierigkeiten benutzen konnte. Das ist für ein Hotel absolut inakzeptabel.

Die Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Kissen und Decken rochen extrem stark nach Chlor. Auch die Hausschuhe waren verschmutzt. Wir baten das Hotelpersonal mehrfach, die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche auszutauschen. Uns wurde jedoch jedes Mal mitgeteilt, dass keine weiteren Handtücher oder Bettwäsche vorhanden seien. Deshalb mussten wir diese trotz ihres schlechten Zustands weiter benutzen.

Darüber hinaus wurde unser Zimmer während des gesamten Aufenthalts kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Niemand kam, um das Zimmer zu säubern, den Müll zu entsorgen oder Handtücher und Bettwäsche zu...

Замечательное расположение отеля и сам отель очень уютный. Зона отдыха достойна похвалы: шезлонги, зонты, достаточно большой бассейн. Все чисто и аккуратно. В номере огромная удобная кровать, хорошая звукоизоляция. Завтрак выдавался порционно: помидоры, огурцы, вареное яйцо, кусочек колбаски или сосиска, 2 кусочка сыра, оливки, хлеб, иногда жареная картошка. В последние дни завтрак предлагался как шведский стол. Нам такой вариант понравился больше.

Cons:

Отсутствие чайника в номере. Нам его гарантировали в переписке с отелем, но мы его так и не получили. Также не было тапочек, сейфа и гладильных принадлежностей. Хотя все это указано в описании номера. Телевизор не работал в течение первых 3 дней. 6 дней нам не могли заменить перегоревшую лампочку в ванной комнате. Однажды мы вышли на балкон и не смогли вернуться в номер - сломался язычок дверного замка. Стали просить о помощи работника отеля, находившегося у бассейна. На помощь он нам не пришел, только ответил: "Открывайте дверь вовнутрь". Каким-то чудом нам все-таки удалось открыть дверь. За почти 2 недели нашего там пребывания уборка номера, смена постельного белья не производилась ни разу. Нам приходилось убираться самим. Поздний завтрак, в районе 8:30 - не очень удобно для тех, у кого запланированы утренние мероприятия.

Pros:

The main thing which I appreciate the most is hospitality. The staff was exceptionally attentive, we had some emergency situations which they handled pretty well. Special thanks to Hakan, he was always there for us and super friendly. Thank you to others. I know where I will come on my next visit.

Pros:

Very modern, location far from old town but we had a car so it was okay. there was also a gym nearby. breakfast was nice and the lady serving breakfast was very kind. there is also a pool. the room itself was nice.

Cons:

Bed bugs!!! i was eaten alive as soon as i got into bed with bites all over. the wifi also did not work. the receptionist did not speak english. we also didn’t have pillow cases on the pillows for some reason. no elevator, so being on the top floor with suitcases can be a challenge.

Pros:

The staff is genuinely friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. We arrived very early after a sleepless night flight, and the team immediately offered us breakfast while a lovely lady swiftly prepared our room so we could rest. The 24/7 reception desk is always ready to meet special requests—we easily arranged an earlier breakfast on the morning of our day trip. Their ability to speak perfect English and Russian was also a huge plus. The rooms were spotless and cleaned thoroughly every day.
The hotel is perfectly situated in a quiet, peaceful area, yet still conveniently close to the beach. The neighborhood is great, too—a nice green area with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. We especially appreciated the very convenient transport connection: you can take a bus directly from the airport straight to the hotel!

Thank you, team! You truly made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back.

Voldoende voor kort verblijf
Pros:

Moest even omschakelen van een luxe 4 sterren hotel naar dit kleine boetiekhotel. Na de eerste nacht de rest van mijn verblijf op de 3e verdieping doorgebracht en dat is verder goed verlopen. De douche werkt heel goed en het zeep heeft een aangename geur. Omgeving is gehorig. Er werd tot laat muziek gedraaid, maar ik had daar niet veel last van. Ontbijt is goed genoeg en je kan lekker buiten zitten langs het zwembad. Heerlijke chai! De ligging is gunstig. Nabij mini supermarkt, strand, bushalte en restaurants. Wifi op de kamer slecht, in de lobby werkt het wel goed. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het leukste vond ik de liefste kitten die in de straat leefde 🥰 De luchthaven vervoer is top geregeld!

De kamer die ik kreeg op de 1e verdieping zat vol met gebreken. Douche water dat doorloopt naar het toilet. Toilet deksel was stuk en bleef niet omhoog staan. Scheur in het behang. Slechte gordijnen. Gat in de kamerdeur en het ergste van alles..ik kwam voor het eerst in mijn leven bed bugs tegen in het bed toen ik probeerde te slapen! Meteen gemeld bij de receptie en er werd voor die nacht een andere kamer geregeld op de 3e. Er zijn hier ook merkbare gebreken (grote gat in de vitrage en gordijnen die te klein zijn en niet goed genoeg sluiten, balkon deurhendel wat bijna helemaal loszit..) Kussen was wel te hard voor mij en ik miste een dekbed. Er is alleen een dun laken en sommige nachten zijn fris. Een upgrade zou wel op zijn plaats zijn.

Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et toujours aux petits soins. Les chambres sont petites et la salle de bain n'est pas forcément pratique (après une douche, tout le sol est mouillé et la chambre sent l’humidité par la suite). Un peu déçu du petit déjeuner même s'il était bon.
