The location was good.

Cons:

Everything else. It wasn’t clean, no hot water sometimes staff wouldn’t clean the room, sometimes they would forget to leave any towels. I was moved from my suite because the air con was leaking, made me very ill. Hotel staff put me in a standard room and didn’t offer me anything compensation wise, just a. Free orange juice/ coffee everyday. Wasn’t offered any money back or a refund. This hotel doesn’t reflect the 4 star rating. Cracks all over the walls. Said they would fix the AC and just carried on leaking all over my clothes, been to doctors multiple times since I have got back. Still not been offered a refund which is all I want.

The staff is very friendly

Cons:

The hotel is not very clean due to the age of the property. I attempted to use the hot tub and all kinds of disgusting growth came out of the Jets.

Great location and value!
Pros:

Perfect location, nice rooftop pool with lots of space, friendly staff. Its really good value and absolutley fine.

Cons:

The decor is a bit off. Feels a bit cheap.

Het is een fijn hotel. Fijn personeel. Mooi zwembad!

Cons:

Vliegende mieren in mijn kamer en zelfs in mijn bed. Maar als ik van het balkon naar beneden keek zag ik ook vuilniscontainers.. dus is niet gek. Kan het hotel niks aan doen.
