Overpriced, chlorinated - would not come back.
Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

Chlorine smell in the lobby and hall - crazy.
If you have chlorine sensitivity - stay away from this place.

Company is too cheap to get decent chairs for its night shift - employees visibly uncomfortable with that. Way overpriced for the offering. Pool seriously needs to be better insulated from the public areas.

It was okay for a night. But the brand name, and the price, I expected more
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

AC unit sounded like something was trying to get out. Scratching noise. Door on bathroom is bad idea. Won’t close all the way. Has an obscure glass??? At night, lights up the room…bad design.

Deluxe comfort, quiet stay and many amazing features!
Pros:

The rooms have all recently been renovated and the beds were SO comfortable. It was quiet, we had a room to one end on the 4th floor and it was wonderful! Honestly, this was probably the most comfortable bed I have slept in outside of a luxury hotel! The staff were very friendly, and the showers and products were all top notch! We only stayed for one night, but the room was set up nicely and there were plenty of plug ins and a huge TV.

Cons:

The elevator was a little slow. But not a huge deal.

Pros:

Location was great. It was very quiet -- we were on bottom floor and didn't hear anyone above us. Room was roomy and clean and the TV even greeted us by name when we entered.

PLASTIC CUPS, NOT REAL GLASSES OR CUPS
WAS TOLD WATER BOTTLES WERE FREE AND TO HELP MYSELF, ONLY TO BE CHARGED FOR THEM.!!!
NO BLACKOUT CURTAINS!!! LOTS OF MORNING LET IS LET IN.
STAFF INTERCHANGES SHAMPOO, SHOWER GEL AND HAND SOAP. THEY USE SAME PRODUCT.

Our stay was for a memorial service, so having such a beautiful stay with lovely staff was appreciated beyond words.
Pros:

Location. Dog friendly. Staff was exceptional. The maid service, front desk, servers, and wait staff were all accommodating, friendly, professional and truly went above and beyond.

Cons:

Guests that don’t pick up dog poop when the facility has bags and trash and everything at your disposal. This rudeness ruins it for responsible owners. We appreciate the hotel putting up with those one or two. Maybe cameras to fine those owners may help.
