Habitación, todo está descuidado y más que no me dieron llave de la habitación y una persona abrió la puerta mientras estábamos en el cuarto.

La atención del personal, el desayuno y que había agua caliente.

El 1er día nos ubicaron en la habitación que daba con la calle y había demasiado ruido de los carros y de la gente pasando, por lo que no pudimos dormir bien y eso que era un martes para miércoles, el piso tenía una inclinación rara porque la habitación quedaba como en una esquina y esa inclinación se sentía en el colchón demasiado incómoda, las camas individuales en esta habitación son demasiado pequeñas (estilo sofá cama), las sábanas o los colchones no sé si tenían ácaros porque a todos nos dio una picazón, los colchones deberían cambiarlos, están demasiado viejos, no suministraron jabón, la puerta de la ducha no cierra, las toallas deberían mejorarlas, al día siguiente solicité cambio de habitación y había cucarachitas, la ventana era grande y da con un pasillo pero no le servía el seguro.

La ubicación, es cerca al estadio, a 10 minutos caminando

Cons:

Mucha humedad, el aire no funciona correctamente, el baño tenía una fuga, las sábanas se sentían sucias, el TV no funcionaba y no tiene Netflix, ni YouTube, ni siquiera le funcionaban los canales nacionales, la terraza tenía escombros, el personal no estaba 24/7 en recepción, en algún momento nos tocó buscar el botón en la mañana para poder salir, todo mal, lo único bueno de hotel es la ubicación

Excelente hotel. O que mais gostei foi a localização, me senti muito seguro naquela região e também há muitas opções próximas boas para se alimentar. O café da manhã é muito bom e o staff é muito atencioso e generoso. Recomendo de olhos fechados!
