Both hotels are nice
Pros:

15 minutes after check in the reception formed us they r having a technical issue with the air condition and they will have to reallocate us in a similar hotel. An hour was wasted the first day. I only stayed 2 days. The following day the new hotel informed us we have to check out again to check in in Soho again. Too much hassle for a 2 day stay.

Lo q no mi gusto esq mi encontre una cocarancha negra
Arriba mia y mi esposa estaba en el baño pero sin decerla nada porq ella tiene muxo miedo a los bechos
Pero es una cosa normal y gracias por todo amigos

Pros:

Location. Walking distance from many places of interest and very close to restaurants, bars, shops.

Cons:

Old foul smelling rooms, non functional air-conditioning in 41°heat, very little seating in lobby and outdoor seating dirty and very hot. TV non functioning. Barely a 2 * let alone the 4* they claim.

location is good but hard to get there with car

Cons:

Although we choose this hotel for the views of the rooms, they gave us a room with construction site view room. They did both change the room and we had to wake up 8am because of construction noise.

Pros:

The breakfast alternatives are sufficient but not excessive, and the location is perfect. However, in general, parking conditions in Granada are very expensive and difficult.

The hotel is an excellent choice, offering very comfortable, well equipped rooms with easy access to the centre of Grana
Pros:

On arrival and during my stay the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location is excellent for access to key points of interest e.g Royal Chapel, Cathedral, Carretera del Darro etc. The room was excellent and well equipped with a great view of the Gran Via de Colon. The recommended parking was less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Le salva la ubicación.
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel sin duda es la ubicación, es muy céntrico y nada más salir por la puerta estás en pleno centro, muy cerca de todos los puntos de interés, tiendas y bares de tapas.

Cons:

Nos dieron la habitación que daba frente a la puerta del servicio de limpieza. Es muy desagradable estar descansando después del viaje y que a las 8 de la mañana te despierten las voces y golpes del personal de limpieza en la puerta de tu habitación. Por otro lado la ventana de la habitación daba a dos bares de copas (Colón Plaza / Noise Music Club), por lo que se escuchaba a la gente gritando de madrugada. Ruidos aparte, la moqueta de la habitación necesita un cambio urgente.
