Pros:

Le personnel est top!
Le monsieur a l’accueil a meme payé le parking de mon livreur parce que je n’avais pas de cash. Il n’a pas voulu se faire rembourser meme avec bcp d’insistance !!

Cons:

Je m’attendais a plus de propreté. Un peu d’insalubrité dans la sdb.

I am glad I chose this hotel and I would come back.
Pros:

Super polite receptionists, great restaurant offering very tasty breakfasts, buffet lunches and dinners, which is very convenient. In general, very polite and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and spacious.
Location is very central - near to Monas and Gambir train station. We took a Grab to explore Batavia and China Town.

La chambre était très bien, avec un lit très confortable.
Le petit déjeuner est délicieux.
Les installations communes sont très agréables.

Cons:

Petit bémol sur les rideaux qui ne permettent pas d’être complètement dans le noir.
Le restaurant ferme à 21h le soir et il n’y a pas de room service, en revanche il y a des snacks disponibles à l’achat qui sont bons.
Le petit déjeuner manque de jus frais.
La piscine appartient à un autre hôtel.

Je krijgt waar voor je geld.

De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Heel goed bed, douche met krachtige straal en dat op de 22e verdieping.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid maar verliep wat chaotisch. Het personeel kon niet volgen met het afruimen waardoor het wachten was op proper servies.Maar dit was niet onoverkomelijk.

位置佳，步行即能到百貨公司；櫃檯接待人員態度佳；早餐樣式多；整潔度還算ok

Cons:

房間部分設施待維修或更換；早餐可以再增加一些飲品類，草本飲料可以冷藏；使用人數多，尖峰時段等待電梯的時間不好拿捏
