Na svoji úroveň byly čistota koupelny nedostačující (vlasy jak ve sprše, tak vaně)
Ježdění neustále přes 70 patro, aby se člověk dostal do pokoje v jiném patře bylo velmi nepohodlné.
Cizí nádobí ponechané vedle pokoje snad není kulturní ani hygienické.
Facility fee 39$ na pokoj/noc nebyl na Bookingu při rezervaci zmíněn (platí se v ubytování).
Vrátný poplatek 600$/pokoj také nebyl na Bookingu zmíněn.

Beetje prijzig,maar echt een fantastisch hotel met super vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Fantastisch hotel! Geweldig personeel, heerlijke bedden, zeer uitgebreide gym, lekker zwembad en super kamers.
Echt een aanrader!

Cons:

Er is alleen valet parking en dat kost 70 dollar per nacht: even rekening mee houden.
Lift gaat altijd eerst langs de receptie op de 70e verdieping. Daar moet je overstappen op een andere lift.Dat is even wennen.
Zwembad ligt een gedeelte van de dag in de schaduw vanwege de hoge gebouwen.

Camera spaziosa, pulita e letti comodi. Vista spettacolare: abbiamo richiesto un piano alto e siamo stati accontentati.

Pros:

とにかくロケーション、スタッフさんの笑顔や優しさは最高でした！

Cons:

初日からきづきましたが、冷蔵庫のドアが壊れていてドアごと外れます。
また浴槽のパッキンがかなり傷んでいてボロボロでした。

とても素晴らしかったです。
Pros:

とにかく部屋からの眺望が素晴らしいです。また、Uber移動する際の車止めも1Fにあり、ホテル全体に清潔感もあって良かったです。70階のロビーの快適さや、71階の朝食もとてもよかったですし、スタッフの方々の対応も丁寧で好印象でした。

Cons:

最初、エレベーター操作に慣れるまで時間がかかりました。また、受付に聞いても部屋用のスリッパが無い時があります。そして、部屋のトイレか何か、水道管に水が溜まる大きな音(洗濯機に水を溜める時のようなジャーという音)が約30分に一回しました。おそらく、部屋によるのだと思います。

A really comfortable place to enjoy LA
Pros:

The location is perfect. The view from the window is everything! The hotel super clean, comfortable and has a lot to offer, from laundry, pool, hot tub to restaurants and pubs.

Cons:

All was ok. The upper deck maybe a bit dissapointing, watching the sunset through this really dirty glass is nothing special.
