El hotel desde la llegada fue un 10/10, la atención, las instalaciones, las amenidades y sobre todo las habitaciones.

I liked everything, since our arrival, the staff assisted us and accommodated all our requests without hesitation.
The mall being so close, was also very helpful. We found it safe there.
The food at the hotel being breakfast, lunch or dinner was fabulous.

Cons:

Durante las dos noches que estuve con mi familia, no pudimos hacer uso de la piscina, en tanto la zona siempre estuvo reservada, pese a que la piscina estaba abierta, no había lugares para sentarse, al parecer el negocio del hotel no es el hospedaje sino rentar la zona de la piscina para eventos particulares.

Convenient stay for business for a night or two
Pros:

The room was large and staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is quite good. We enjoyed our diner at the restaurant. Also liked the free parking below the building.

Cons:

Our experience with the breakfast was mixed, some food is really tasteful but the bread products are of really poor quality. The bathroom floor tiles need to be cleaned better. The restaurant furniture should be modernized in my view, it looks quite old-fashioned.
