Good Stay in a good neighbourhood
Pros:

Location was good. Close to public transport and had a Woolworths in front which was really convenient

Cons:

Cleanliness. The level of cleaning was poor. depends on the person who does the cleaning. Most days its very poorly done. its just not worth the extra you pay for full service.

Cons:

extremely poor customer service, front desk team were rude and unhelpful and it is impossible to get in contact with anyone or arrange anything, staff frequently made promises that they never actioned. I have tried emailing four times since I left about lost items and no response

An enjoyable stay in a modern, clean and comfortable apartment, with excellent staff.
Pros:

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. After a long journey, and arriving well before the official check in time, it was great that we were able to move straight into our room.
A high standard of cleanliness not only throughout the unit but throughout the building as well.

Location. Room was clean and well appointed.

Cons:

Access to building being restricted during normal business hours, having to wait for someone to open the door so we could check in was a very poor start to the stay.
Number of 'complaint' posters in lifts drawing attention to was again off putting as a guest.
Mess around the outside of the building was unacceptable.

Our one night stay was everything it said we were on 31st floor view awesome apt clean tidy comfy beds shower pressure great hot easy check in /out location to transport 1 min away by tram only 1o min walk to south bank price excellent would stay again
