Absolutely lovely, perfectly tranquil.

The buffet diner was really nice, good location, liked the grden where you could have a drink from the bar

essendo una struttura pet friendly dovevano essere chiari dal momento che uno vuole prenotare, mi sembra esagerato il pago di 20,00 euro per ogni giorno e per ogni animale io sono andato con 2 gatti per 4 notti uguale 160,00 in più ho cercato in ogni modo di poter sapere quanto era il costo durante la prenotazione, però ormai avevo gìa pagato e non era rimborsabili, quindi un po' di chiarezza in quel aspetto sarebbe stato trasparente ed io avrei cercato altrove. il personale a la reception è stata molto gentile e molto professionali.

Me cancelaron la reserva el mismo día de mi estancia por ''overbooking''

Jorge, creo que se llamaba el señor de recepción, nos atendió muy bien y nos ayudó a buscar otro hotel lo más económico posible dadas las circunstancias. Quiero destacar especialmente su amabilidad y disposición para ayudarnos en un momento bastante complicado. Muchas gracias.

Cons:

Muy mala experiencia. Teníamos una reserva confirmada para la noche del 11 al 12 de septiembre y, cuando llegamos al hotel para hacer el check-in, nos informaron de que Booking había cancelado nuestra reserva ese mismo día. Nos encontramos sin alojamiento y tuvimos que buscar y pagar otro hotel por nuestra cuenta a última hora.

Finalmente tuvimos que alojarnos en otro hotel y asumir inicialmente el coste y las molestias ocasionadas. Se tiraban la pelota, booking decía que era culpa de este hotel y a la inversa...

Me parece una situación totalmente inaceptable, ya que llegas al destino con una reserva confirmada y das por hecho que tienes alojamiento, y te encuentras con que ha sido cancelada el mismo día sin que nosotros hubiéramos solicitado ninguna cancelación.
