המיקום יחסית נוח, מרחק הליכה ממקומות שווים, יש חוף פרטי עם גישה בחינם לאורחי המלון, הצוות בחוף ובמסעדה היו מאוד מאוד נחמדים ויעילים. היה גם טברנה נחמדה באחד הימים.
הזמנו את החדר הסטנדרט שהתגלה כ-מאוד קטן, אז שדרגנו במחיר מופקע לחדר עם ג׳קוזי שהיה קצת יותר גדול, המקלחת באמצע החדר בלי איזשהו חסם למים אז הכל משפריץ לצדדים, היו בעיות עם המים חמים. כמו כן הג׳קוזי לא אוטומטי אז לא ניתן להחליף את המים שיש בו, כשביקשנו להחליף מים בא עובד ועשה איזשהו מהלך עם צינור שלקח שעות והציף את המרפסת, ואז לקח שעות למלא- והמים בג׳קוזי לא היו חמים…
כמו כן הרצפה במרפסת הייתה מגעילה (חלודה).

Low quality hotel, room didn’t feel clean, breakfast was average
The property was beautiful. The location was perfect, not too far from the town but also just close enough to get back and forth in no time.
The property was also very clean, and the atmosphere was amazing. My girlfriend and I stayed in the Fantasy Dream Suite with the private pool and ocean view. The pictures of the suite give you one set of expectations, but the actual room blows those expectations out of the water.
My girlfriend and I are already planning to return to Greece. And when we do we will be staying at the Dove.
The only negative thing I can think of is the placement of the shower head in our room. Having a shower the size of a small room is nice, but tucking the waterfall-style shower head in the corner of the shower was a miss for me. Everything else was beyond amazing.

Location & staff very attentive
Lack of supply’s, had fancy coffee machine in room but had no coffee, no breakfast tea and lack of bottled water in room.
Breakfast was very average, all hot food was cold and you couldn’t sit outside in the sun, that was for non guests only. All coffees made by staff were also cold.
Only thing they seemed interested was convincing people to attend their Greek nights
Hôtel situé les pieds dans le sable. Jolie chambre avec piscine privée (dommage que l’eau soit froide, car pour se baigner en octobre, il faut être courageux). Petit déjeuné varié : salé, sucré et fruits. Repas excellents, mais il faut compter entre 25-30 euros un plat par personne sans entrée ni dessert ni boissons.
La literie trop dure
L’hôtel est incroyable avec une vue sur mer. Je recommande ++

J’ai tout aimée
The location of Platis Gialos is great for accessing the local bus service which we used to get back and forth to Mykonos Town as well as other parts of the island. Our room was a good size and the beach loungers were comfortable. The staff at breakfast, the housekeeping team and most of the reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Whilst our room looked good it lacked elements that would have made our stay much more comfortable. For example there was a large amount of wardrobe space but no drawers to put smaller items meaning that had to live from my suitcase for the duration of our stay. Clean towels were provided each day but there are no towel rails or anywhere to place a towel in use or to hang wet towels to dry off meaning we had to drape them over chairs in the room. Also bizarrely the room details on your site make reference to the rooms being soundproof but ours definitely was not meaning that even with the patio doors closed we could hear the very loud dance music played all day until around 2am in the bar area. The booming music was a feature as you also have to listen to it all day if you choose to lie on the hotel beach or round the pool and whilst we appreciated the Islands party reputation we felt that there could have been some more “chilled” musical options!
We felt there was a lack of attention to detail meaning we had to ask for hangers ( we had about 3 each initially) there was no bath plug, and even though we reported it as soon as we arrived our toilet door didn’t lock and didn’t get fixed. Although the breakfast offers a great selection each day to choose from the hot food wasn’t kept warm so if you breakfasted later in the 3 hour time slot that it was available the food was cold. It was a shame as we’d splashed out on what we thought would be a luxurious room and hotel to celebrate a special wedding anniversary and were left feeling somewhat underwhelmed!
