Het personeel was vriendelijk, behulpzaam en professioneel, en dat heeft ons verblijf zeker aangena

Positief waren zeker de locatie, het lekkere ontbijt, het restaurant en het personeel.

Cons:

Voor de prijs en omdat dit een 5-sterrenhotel is, had ik een hoger serviceniveau verwacht. De douche in de kamer was verstopt en het lampje naast het bed was kapot.

Daarnaast had ik gevraagd of het mogelijk was om het ontbijt bij het privézwembad van de kamer te laten serveren, maar helaas kreeg ik hier geen duidelijke reactie of terugkoppeling van het personeel op.

Wat ik ook teleurstellend vond, is dat je voor een bungalow direct aan het strand met uitzicht op zee nog eens €130 extra moet betalen. Dit is niet inbegrepen bij het verblijf. Alleen de ligbedden op de achterste rijen, dichter bij het restaurant, zijn gratis.

Gezien de prijs en de 5-sterrenclassificatie had ik meer comfort, service en aandacht voor details verwacht.

One of the Best Customer Service Experiences I've had!
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mykonos Dove Beachfront Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the location right on Platis Gialos beach is fantastic.
One thing we really appreciated was the complimentary airport transfer both ways. The drivers were incredibly friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English, which made everything so easy from the moment we arrived.
Our room was fantastic. It was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and the open shower was such a unique and innovative touch. Everything felt well thought out and special.
The food was excellent, the cocktails were wonderful, and we especially enjoyed the Greek Night on Thursday — such a fun and authentic experience! What mae it more special is that the beach is part of the Hotel!!
A very special mention goes to Helena at the morning bar. She was absolutely wonderful — so attentive, warm and genuinely lovely to talk to. Our conversations made our mornings even more enjoyable and she definitely helped make our stay special.
But what truly made our experience unforgettable was how the hotel celebrated my husband's birthday. Without us asking for anything, the hotel surprised him with a bottle of wine, beautiful Turkish towels, fresh fruit in our room and a lovely birthday message.
And a very special thank you to Joanna, the Guest Relations Manager, who personally made sure his birthday felt truly special. What impressed me most was that she did this entirely on her own initiative — I never had to ask as his wife or mention that we expected anything. She simply took the initiative to make his day memorable, and that says so much about the level of care and hospitality at this hotel.
Thank you to the entire Dove team for making our stay in Mykonos so memorable. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend Mykonos Dove Beachfront Hotel.

Amazing!
Pros:

This is my 3rd time in mykanos and mykanos Dove has exceeded all my expectations. The facilities and staff are absolutely amazing and the manager Hisham is and absolute gentleman. If you’re planing a trip to mykanos and want the perfect stay you need to stay at Dove. We will definitely be coming back.

Bad experience. Definitely we cannot recommend
Pros:

Nothing, very depreciated, we received a room across the street, pretty depreciated with a view to the “private pool” directly towards a parking/courtyard… definetely not a 5 stars hotel, for a 3 stars could be acceptable.

Cons:

Everything was bad considering the price we paid. Crowded beach, worst place from the island in our opinion.
