Great location and first class experience at reception
Nothing
Good size rooms, parking on site.
Noisy. Mattress was hard and had dips on both sides - not pleasant to sleep on. The shower is wall lmounted and makes it had to wash, also water pressure was low.
Good spread of choices for breakfast.
The fire door in corridor by Room 112 banged shut every time anyone passed through. The auto closer has failed.
Hard to get to sleep.
Decent breakfast
No idea where the reception was when I arrived in darkness
It was easy to find, nice outdoor area, bar and restaurant. The room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was also good.
The water pressure in the shower and it took about 5 minutes for the hot water to come through on it. There were some hairs in the drawers which could’ve been caught when cleaning.
Clean room, peaceful location, nice staffs.
The rooms were not ready when we arrived for check in.
Excellent staff , lovely room , cosy good location
Breakfast could be improved a little but was adequate
Property, situated in a lovely location and great value for money.. dinner in the evening was amazing
staff were lovely, except we did suspect she was the supervisor, manners were awful not friendly
Location and price suited my needs.
Reception staff when I arrived very helpful with the directions into Dunfermline during the roadworks.
Breakfast waitress was rather brusque with other guests; doesn't give a good impression of Scottish hospitality.
