Pros:

One night stay on the way to Yorkshire. Easy to get back to the motorway to Edinburgh. Nice location. Plenty of parking. Bed felt like it might be soft but was actually amazingly comfortable! Think they may be redoing parts as some rooms look very freshly done and bathroom in my room looked brand new.
Breakfast was self service, cooked breakfast and toast. Drinks juice etc. Breakfast was included in our price which was incredibly reasonable. Didn't use the restaurant or bar but it looked nice. Lots of tea, coffee and milk sachets in the rooms. For our purpose it was a great place to stay.

Es geht besser, das kann ich aus Erfahrungen in Schottland wirklich sagen.

Die Lage ist nicht schlecht.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr spartanisch.
Kein Aufschnitt, kein Käse.
Keine gekochten Eier, kein Rührei.
Es gab Würstchen, Bacon, Spiegeleier, beaked beans undChampignons.
Abgepackte Marmeladen, kein Honig oder Nutella.
Kaffee, Tee, O-Saft, Apfelsaft und Wasser satt.
Und am 2. Tag waren sogar ein paar Äpfel und 1 Apfelsine dort.
Naturjoghurt und eine kleine Auswahl an Cereralien.

Es gab für jede Person 1 Duschhandtuch.
Mindestens ein Händehandtuch hatte ich erwartet.

Pros:

The staff were really helpful. Communication was great and they got back to our enquiries promptly. Breakfast was great. Lovely to have a hot meal included with the room.

tv didn’t work properly in room, no sound subtitles only and switched itself off every couple minutes. did report it to reception but never got sorted

Wedding reception stay over
Pros:

Clean and tidy room and the food was amazing, very friendly staff

Cons:

Room was far too hot and the radiator was off made it a very uncomfortable sleep was awake most of the night. Bathroom did not match the pictures advertised on booking.com pictures below. The room was very oddly laid out as well bedside cabinet at the bottom of the bed? The bathroom was very small and plastic cups in there were cracked. Mattress on bed was very firm as well.
