Despite the dislikes it was a great stay.
Pros:

The location, pool and hot tub, the room, the breakfast, the parking and the convenience store.

Cons:

Shower leaked water on the floor, several outlets didn’t work, one elevator was out of order, one washer was out of order.

The facility was nice but I felt very over priced.
Pros:

The room was nice. They had a great breakfast.

Cons:

We had to pay an additional $22 to park in their parking garage. There is not really any other parking options.

Excellent stay and staff but pricing for this area has gotten out of hand (and it isn’t just this property).
Pros:

Not inside congested area of town; more residential and quieter. The front desk guy was very helpful and extremely accommodating for our specific requests. He worked extremely hard to get us on top floor and far away from any noise. Thanks so much and enjoyed “London Fog”!!! 🤠

It’s the perfect place to stay after a week in Yellowstone. The facilities are great.

Breakfast and location were fantastic. Front area staff were very friendly.

Our room
Was not cleaned the first day we were there, I asked at the desk the second day at 8am for the room to be cleaned and we returned at 430pm from a day of hiking , to find our room still had NOT been cleaned . I had to request again at the front desk . Eventually the room was cleaned. So on a 3 night stay , if I hadn’t requested twice to have the room cleaned , it would not have gotten done at all. Very disappointing, considering we were tired from long days of hiking and would have liked to come back to a fresh room.
