Everything was really great. In terms of the facilities, I didn't mark it as exceptional because the kitchen was closed, but if it were open, I'm sure it would have been. Rooms were very clean and so comfortable - enough space for my little stay. I'd definitely recommend this hotel, and will be coming back.
I found the staff working in the dining area very strange. And being a boutique hotel, I would have expected a little more 'care'. For example, one day, I was rushing out early, with no time for breakfast and instead of asking if I'd like anything, the gentleman said bye and continued talking to his colleague. I was going to ask for a takeaway coffee but decided not to bother.

A last minute booking took us to The Hurley House Hotel and we were not disappointed.
Everything about The Hurley is exceptional. If you like class, style, luxury and everything just so,
together with a friendly team with truly exacting standards then look no further. Absolutely wonderful!

Full service restaurant would have been good
Great location, staff wonderful so polite and helpful, garden area beautiful, very clean, gorgeous decor, luxurious bedroom and bathroom.
Unfortunately when we arrived we were politely told the restaurant wasn’t open that evening. This was disappointing as part of the reason for booking this hotel last minute was the lovely menu, to enjoy an evening meal in the restaurant after a long journey and to relax at the hotel before attending a hospital appointment the following day. Consequently we spent very little time there as we dined out and had to leave early the following morning for the appointment. It would’ve been better to have been notified of the restaurant closure when booking.
Everything was spectacular! Spacious, luxurious, devine!
We love staying at the Hurley Hotel every year when we come from the US for Henley Royal Regatta. Boutique, lovely rooms, excellent location, restaurant and bar, plenty of parking and full air conditioning in the rooms.
