Guest Reviews
Stylish, luxurious, quiet, has a feel of a spa boutique hotel. Friendly staff, a big beautiful room with super king very big bed, spacious bathroom with bathrobes, sleepers, toiletries and Floris bath range. Highly recommend if there. Will need a car to get there.
No food/ restaurant at night for dinner on Saturday
The staff were so nice and helpful, they could not have been better.
The hotel was immaculate and dressed to a very high standard.
Breakfast was the best ever.
We knew before we arrived, but what a shame that the kitchen is closed apart from breakfast; we would definitely have eaten in.
Everything else was perfect.
Very nice and neat place. Excellent value for money. Stunning finishes.
No restaurant facilities but we dined out and were welcomed at a bar.
The rooms were clean and comfortable
For the price we paid, we were disappointed. The staff were lacking, we had to go looking for them to ask questions. And the TV was very outdated - no apps/Netflix or chrome casting, only the option to watch terrestrial tv.
Lovely hotel. Beautifully decorated and lovely gardens. Attentive staff. Food good.
Nothing
Loved the hotel, loved the fairy lights! Loved being able to easily park. Liked all the staff who were so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed freshly made breakfast and the large mugs in room with fresh milk to put in the fridge. Liked the range of tea and coffee as included decaffeinated coffee which you don't usually get in a hotel. Saw the function room which looked gorgeous. So thankful to the staff for helping with looking up places to go locally plus booked restaurants for us nearby.
The staff were excellent. The bed and pillows were really comfortable.
No bedside table. No lounge area.
A beautiful place with a lovely room, The hotel was in a perfect location to where I was working.. I needed a break and a treat and it delivered.
Loved it all
No bedside table on one side of the bef
Fab breakfast, great small hotel, attentive staff and beautiful rooms
Nothing
Great place, very helpful staff - rooms well appointed - breakfast was very good as well. Would recommend
Everything was really great. In terms of the facilities, I didn't mark it as exceptional because the kitchen was closed, but if it were open, I'm sure it would have been. Rooms were very clean and so comfortable - enough space for my little stay. I'd definitely recommend this hotel, and will be coming back.
I found the staff working in the dining area very strange. And being a boutique hotel, I would have expected a little more 'care'. For example, one day, I was rushing out early, with no time for breakfast and instead of asking if I'd like anything, the gentleman said bye and continued talking to his colleague. I was going to ask for a takeaway coffee but decided not to bother.
部屋に、蟻の巣があり、1日に2回も掃除機で吸わなければならなかった。虫に身体を2カ所かまれた。
チェックアウト時に、何のコンペンセイションもなく、4日後に、返事しますとの事だったが、まだ返事は無い。
