The utensils were not clean not to mention the plastic spoon.
The kettle was not clean.
The shower door and the shower controller was not on a good condition.
I Don't know maybe I don't know how to switch on the TV but it was not turning on .

I definitely loved the location and the staff were very friendly

I didn't like that there was no water on the day that I was supposed to check out on my floor and also the shower head doesn't release enough water pressure

Beautiful stay but the lady was not entirely polite when checking in

The lady at the reception when we were check-in on Friday was rude and not helpful. We showed her the confirmation from booking. Com... She was reluctant to check us in.

If it wasn't for that Indian receptionist I would have have a very good time
Pros:

Our bed was making noise in our first night but they gave us a nice and good one after telling them however I enjoy the place. I'm a regular there.

The receptionist was not nice, I don't know her name but she is an Indian dack skin and slim
