Die Lage gut, Frühstück gut, Personal freundlich, Zimmerpreise sind viel zu hoch da alles eher runtergekommen wirkt und

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte dringend wieder in Schuss gebracht werden.
Wir würden in diesem Hotel nicht mehr übernachten.

Good place to stay in the center of Berchtesgaden
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Wifi was fast. Everything worked as expected.

Cons:

There are lots of steps. That's not a problem for me as I'm reasonably fit. If I wasn't fit, this hotel would be problematic with stairs both outside and inside.

Es gab einen Raum, in dem Fahrräder untergestellt werden konnten. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Wir waren 4 Wochen auf einer Radtour unterwegs. Dieses Hotel war das teuerste unserer Reise und das schlechteste. Die Matratze war schrecklich. Unser Zimmer lag auf der 2. Etage und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Wenigstens wurde uns mit dem Gepäck bei der Ankunft geholfen. Das Hotel hat die besten Jahre schon lange hinter sich. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Ein wunderbarer Kurzaufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Betten waren schön weich und im Zimmer hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Einrichtung war schön, wenn auch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Aber genau das macht den Charme des Hotels aus. Wer einmal da war, kommt mit Sicherheit gern wieder. Der Pool war warm und ausreichend und ein erfreuliches Extra zum Tagesausgleich, auch im Sommer. Das Frühstück ließ ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Der lange Weg zum Zimmer, fast labyrinthisch, aber dennoch super ausgeschildert.

Insgesamt hat es mir trotz der kleinen Einschränkungen sehr gut gefallen.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick auf die Berge. Mit Bus alles gut erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr gut mit allem was man braucht. Mein Zimmer mit Balkon hatte ebenfalls einen super Bergblick.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist natürlich in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt dadurch etwas schäbig. Das TV hatte zeitweise Ausfälle. Weil das Hotel erst ab dem 1. Stock über einen Fahrstuhl verfügt, muss man doch etliche Stufen überwinden.

房间床型和图片不一致，图片上是双人床，而实际上是两张单人床。 盥洗池和淋浴间下水堵塞，排水不畅。 需要额外支付一些旅游日税，但是预定页面并没有提前告知。很难想象，这是180欧一晚的酒店。
