Alles bestens, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr lecker und man hatte eine große Auswahl. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sehr sauber, sogar mit Badewanne. Die Innenstadt war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Pros:

Die Lage war wirklich gut. Das Personal recht freundlich und das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Vom Badezimmer ins Zimmer zum Niveau Ausgleich eine mehrere Zentimeter hohe Kante verbaut. Wenn man das nicht sofort sieht, stößt man sich recht schmerzhaft den Zeh! Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Blick von einem Treppenhaus Fenster in den Innenhof offenbart. Viele Pflegmängel.

Beautiful views and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Great location, spacious rooms and lounge areas for our group of 8 adults, amazing views from the rooms and decks. Laundry facilities and breakfast were nice.

Cons:

It's a bit tired but comfortable. There were more steps to manage than we expected however the front desk helped some of us with luggage initially.

Fine for a short stay
Pros:

Good location, easy and cheap parking opposite the hotel, good breakfast with nice variety, lovely view from breakfast room and nice staff

Cons:

Beds weren't comfortable, winding and strange room locations meant we werent located next to our family (although the hotel staff did try), stairs as noted by others made it hard to bring a stroller to our room, very dated. We also didnt like that the toilet and bathroom were separate, and no sink in the separate toilet

doable for 1-2 nights when you want to see the berchtesgaden, but not for a relaxation trip
Pros:

the staff was really friendly and i loved the breakfast - they also had glutenfree bread available , i also loved the pool to swim my laps before breakfast

Cons:

it is really old fashioned and the tv didn’t work properly (i was able to change rooms) , it looks like nobody wants to invest money to refresh the vibe a bit, also my clothes and sheets was kind of moist after one day and didn’t seem dry again

We enjoyed out stay, the city was charming and we found plenty to do.
Pros:

The hotel is charming. The breakfast was outstanding. the dining room had a beautiful view of the mountains.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. The bathroom was large and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel does have an elevator but, its isn't accessible at the street level. The hotel lobby is about 12-14 stairs off the street, then you need to take another set of stairs to the elevator (10-12 additional stairs). this is a lot when you are hauling a suit case that weighs 45 bs. We would stay here again.
