Small hotel with very nice rooms, a lots of original items and details. Thai breakfast tasted surprisingly good. But the location was a 10/10. Old Town was lovely!
Nothing
In the heart of Songkhla's Old Town, Baan Nai Nakhon is more than just a lovely boutique hotel in a heritage house. It's an attraction itself, with its carefully manicured garden where guests breakfast to its sitting room-cum-lobby with its meticulously curated decor. Bougainvilleas festoon its facade, making it a favorite backdrop for the local selfie squad, while upstairs guests can relax in the quiet comfort of its well-appointed rooms. Breakfasts in the garden are a good time to relax and contemplate the day's itinerary, nourished with the host's freshly cut fruit, roti and rice porridge.
Being an old house, it has all the features of an old house typically has. It's creaky, which becomes more apparent in the quiet of night, and there are in some spots odd, mildewy smells common to natural materials in tropical climates. The mattresses could be newer, or at least turned regularly, to avoid the kind of sagging in mine.
The owner was friendly and engaging. The place had a character and a charm of its own, while the room was tastefully done up.
We enjoyed the breakfast provided in the courtyard garden, a nice setting.
And the location was ideal for us, smack in the heart of old Songkhla, and close to a lot of eating outlets.
Everything was amazing. The staff are very friendly and the home made breakfast is incredible. The location is perfect in the centre of town, you can walk to everywhere. The building itself and the rooms have so much character, and were also very comfortable and quiet for a good night sleep.

This is a nice, small, family style hotel right in the middle of the old town of Songkhla. The owner was quite friendly, receptive and helpful. The hotel is clean, comfortable and good value. We were happy with our experience there and would definitely come back to stay here the next time we come to Songkhla, which is an interesting town.
The breakfast is home made and tastes good, but the selection is limited and didn't seem to change over time.
Beautiful hotel with eclectic display of art and items collected by Danni , the engaging and hands-on owner. Songkhla is lovely and you are in the hub of the old town, breakfast in the garden, water and fridge in the room.
Nothing.
Beautiful little boutique hotel situated at a fantastic location, run by a very warm and kind host. The included breakfast was also delicious.
Good service
Toilet without door
Abit cold while showering with the aircond 😂
It was a warm welcome and all was very clean and lovingly decorated! The breakfast was excellent, yammi!
I had troubles to order a bolt or grab taxi to pic me up from the accomodation. Anyway, my lovely host helped me out on this topic, thank you again!
