Pros:

I like all. Sangat dekat dengan gurney plaza mall. Just 200m je. So you can walk. No need to drive. Ada iron. But you need to ask dekat receptionist first. No deposit needed when check in. Check out pun mudah. Berus and ubat gigi je takde. Water pressure is good too. Oh by the way, you can park your car dekat property tu.

Pros:

It is my go-to place whenever I am in Penang. Staffs are amazing and the rooms are clean. The location is smacked in the shopping district and just beside a mall. Love it!

Fantastic location for food & shopping, but housekeeping can improve
Pros:

Location is fantastic, within easy walking distance of Gurney Drive Hawker Centre and Gurney Plaza, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. Having a private parking space right outside our room was a big plus, especially when travelling by car. The room was spacious enough for our family, and the WiFi was reliable throughout our stay.

Cons:

The bedsheets had visible stains, which affected our first impression of the room. It can also get quite noisy at night as guests return after dinner, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.

It was just one night. The next day we just pack & left.
Pros:

Location of lodging was good.

Cons:

The bathroom. The toilet is alway wet due to the shower. There is no screen to prevent the toilet bowl from the water from the shower.

TV channels are limited.

Room Lightings is dull.
