Breakfast not very good. Not much variety. Coffee was not hot. Fried eggs were overcooked. Room was noisy at night from guests and/or staff talking loudly in the corridor.

It was very disappointing for me. I believed the rating, and I did a last-minute booking, so it may have been my oversight. The room has a king-size bed, and that gives us no room to be comfortable. The table was small . The electric point on my side was not working, and the staff gave me an extension wire on the already small table. The water heater has a secret 👀 no hot water until u put on the reset button LOL. The toilet is completely a wet bathroom because the shower is all together. The bidet was leaking, and so the floor became completely wet even for toilet use. The lighting was so dim and no counter to place anything . My other room which I booked siad the floor were sticky..no idea what that was.
Let's move on to the location... There are some hawker stalls that open at 5pm to 10pm. Never got to try them because the timing is so restricted. Only a 7 11 nearby. It's not exactly a great location.
Cutting it shorter this place is not for us ladies..maybe a bachelor who wants a King size bed😅. Not all that gltters is gold.

Location good if walking but bad if driving as Gurney Drive traffic jam especially at the roundabout (not round any more but extended to U-turn at Andaman.
Premises is actually a former detached house converted to "lodge "with 12 rooms ground & stairs to upstairs. One has to carry luggage up the stairs where banister is shaky. Bathroom is basin-toilet bowl - shower without separation so the floor is WET after shower. Toilet seat cover is replaced with one that does NOT cover the toilet bowl completely so one sits with legs touching the ceramic toilet bowl.

But not the local food.Place and food is getting worst. Especially the Pesambur Stall.The seller is very abrupt. Stall near the main road.
