Vračamo se opet!
Pros:

Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno, iako je još uvijek hotel pun, ne čeka se nigdje dugo.
Hrana je super, svatko si može nešto naći. Soba ugodna, svaki dan donose čiste ručnike i posteljinu.

Cons:

Možda bi trebalo malo češće brisati wc-e uz bazene i stavljati papir.
Svijetlo u kupaonici bi trebalo biti jače .
To su zaista sitnice, koje nisu utjecale na naš ukupni dojam.

beautiful, the location is excellent, the food is outstanding, and the service is exceptional. A special thank you to Victor for his professionalism, kindness and attention throughout our stay. He made sure everything was perfect and made us feel truly welcome.

Cons:

The only thing I would suggest is that the Turkish bath should be complimentary for hotel guests. In a hotel of this standard, I believe it should be included in the stay rather than being an additional paid service. Apart from this, everything was absolutely perfect

Zufrieden würde wueder in Frage kommen.
Pros:

Die Lage sowie die Anlage des Hotels ist echt schön. Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt, man hatte nicht eine riesige Auswahl an Eseen aber genau das hat uns beeindruckt bezüglich Foodwaste. Am Strand wie auch an den Pools war es sauber und übersichtlich.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Hotelzimmer, wir waren im B Block, dieser ist der ältere Teil, was man auch an der Infrastruktur feststellen konnte.

Номера достаточно неплохие

Cons:

Толпы народу. Лежаки у бассейна в 4 ряда. Очереди за едой. Нехватка персонала. Посредственная кухня. Отношение на ресепшен при заселении хамское. И важно при поездке понимать, что этот отель для людей с маленькими детьми, поскольку там один из пляжей очень мелкий и специально оборудован против волн. Так что будьте готовы к обилию людей с грудничками и колясками.

Wonderful Vacation and Perfect Resort!

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation and a very pleasant stay at this beautiful resort. Everything was well organized and exceeded our expectations. The pools were fantastic, the activities were enjoyable, and the meals were delicious, with plenty of variety to choose from.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their attentiveness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable holiday. We hope to come back again!

Їжі достатньо, їжа смачна, але не очікуйте, умовно від мексиканських страв, що вони будуть як в мексиканському ресторані, не будуть. І суши те саме. Напої загалом норм. Є справжні коктейлі, але не всюди. Є нормальний алкоголь. Басейни, гірки, дитячі майданчики, персонал, тут загалом в нас без претензій. Шоу програма присутня.
В нас були не великі очікування, тому ми задоволені.
Ціна якість для нас були виправдані, але на межі.

Cons:

Місцями чистота не на 5 зірок. При заселенні під ліжком помітне сміття.
Всього вистачало, але іноді було враження, що людей в готелі максимум, але це і було в середині серпня.
Дитячий пляж не дуже чистий.
Море на дитячому пляжі теж могло б бути трішки чистіше.
В нас був вигляд на будівництво. Але без шуму.
Для когось це буде розчарування. Нам було байдуже.

Разнообразная еда, анимация, все было шикарно, бары готовили вкусные коктейли, бассейны классные, жалко что разрешается купаться только до 19:00

Cons:

Море не чистят грязное, зеленое как болото там где именно пляж, и в номерах плохо убирают, полотенца не меняют, просто складывают их обратно и все, такие же влажные и грязные были, в туалете воняло

Hotel is nog niet zo lang geleden gerenoveerd en dat is duidelijk merkbaar. Hotel ziet er modern en overzichtelijk uit. Alle faciliteiten zijn prima en het personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam. Het eten vonden wij wat minder. Echt om te benoemen, maar het eten had gewoon weinig tot geen smaak…Service met betrekking tot het vullen van de minikoelkast kon ook beter, minikoelkast is na aankomst niet aangevuld. Ook het verzorgen van schone handdoeken was voor ons ondermaats. We waren met z’n vieren en kregen per dag maar 2 schone handdoeken. We moesten er elke dag voor bellen. Al met al een goed hotel met een paar kleine schoonheidsfoutjes.
