Spent a fantastic 10 night here.

Location- 2 hour transfer is long but its not as though you don't know before you go. Area has shops and restaurants on the door step.

Reception- I messaged a few months before to ask if we could have 2 rooms either next door or at least same floor as we had 2 × 16 year old with us so booked 2 rooms Got 2nd and 4th but ended up being given a family room with a sea view as didn't feel happy being 2 floors away. The check in was easy and quick. More information could be given on check in or a QR code in the room on hotel information.

Cleaning lady was lovely and the room was always cleaned thank you.

Pools - Always plenty of sunbeds, after 11ish it was always harder to find one, was getting busier as we were leaving and you always get the ones who get up early to get the best spots. The areas were kept clean.

Entertainment- All staff work hard and offer loads of activities. The music could sometimes get on your nerves as it always seem to be the same music. The evening Entertainment was ok just always seems to be a dj or a stunt act. Some nights better than others but overall good.

Food- all inclusive food, always something to eat but not always what you want. Sometimes i found it hard to know what meat was in things. The food street for lunch is fab lots of choice. The guy who does the wraps I felt for him the heat he had to cook in was ridiculous but was always polite.

We had a meal in the Turkish and Asian both fantastic food. The portions for me in the Turkish was too big a smaller portion option would be good as I felt like I hardly touched mine and hate seeing food go in the bin. Both has fantastic service. Please note you only get one restaurant per 7 night stay (we got offered another as it was my daughters birthday and we had an early check out. Thank you )

Beach - always loads of beds and fab having a beach on your doorstep. The sea along the strip does seem dirty compared to the section in the deeper sea. But I suppose that is pollution in the seas very merky in places which is a shame.

Dean in guest services is a lovely guy will always spend the time to chat and if you need to know anything even where to eat outside the hotel speak to him first do you dont end up paying the daft prices just outside the hotel.

Overall a fantastic stay, value for money and friendly staff (most)
I could stay here again.

For management- Please think of the staff and get them some fans. The heat they work in is not fair.

I was slightly apprehensive that the hotel may have lost its charm with it being extended but I certainly had nothing to worry about, it’s bigger & even better!
I’m here in peak season and have no problems whatsoever finding a sunbed at the beach. Because the hotel and beach have been extended seems less busy everywhere, so very few queues.
They have a new piano bar, which has a touch of class and an extensive cocktail menu, a perfect place to relax.
Also have a new coffee shop called bake & brew where you can delicious sweet treats and and a good selection of coffees.
They have new large snack bar which has a wide variety of good throughout the day from fresh pasta station to freshly made waffles plus many more. The fried chicken is my favourite!!
The entertainment shows every night are top quality done on a big stage also plenty of seating area to watch the shows.

Upon checking in Uğur explained everything to us, gave us our key cards and wrist bands, he is very friendly, with a good sense of humour.

Victor greeted us as soon as we walked in with a big smile and a hug. Even remembered which town I lived in and was very happy to see us. He also has a new role which he is very good at and very knowledgeable.

We also met Pelin the guest relations manager she has a very friendly and warm character.

Annabelle is a new face to the hotel, she always has time for a chat and to check we are ok and a lovely big smile!

Lauren is also a new face, on arrival Lauren showed us the new part of the hotel and explained everything. She is extremely friendly and we had lots of laughs with her. Nothing is too much trouble and she is very approachable.

Hakan (operation manager) & Mustafa (night manager) are both approachable. Always say hello to us when they see us and ask if we need anything. They also remembered me when they saw me and I got more hugs.

Batuhan A is the operations bar manager. he is very professional and takes control of the excellent bar service.

I’ve already booked to come back in October!!

Great resort. Have everything you need. Several pools, private beach, water slides and several dining areas. Great service, friendly and service minded personell. If you like snorkling you will see a lot of different fish in the area where you swim.

Again - this resort has everything.

Have been here so many times and this time round it’s the best new hotel with a great vibe new pool bar!…new big snack avenue with lots to choose from Great food now onto the staff….(pool bar….mehmet on skates ! Esra batuhan the bar chef) these guys are legends and deserve massive praise!…GUEST RELATIONS TEAM!…pelin great manager!…renata diana anita…DEAN!…we speak to him everyday and is always busy we have a laugh every day from the animation team anabel…she possesses amazing customer service skills!we even met the general manager nice man!’in our eyes this is a 5 star plus hotel and experience and will be back next year WELL DONE NUMA BAY EXCLUSIVE

Arrived 4th july from scotland as s family of 4. Couple wee things needed sorted on arrival and went to the hotel reservation team to ask for help regarding things. Never seen hotel staff as good as these staff members and they are a credit to the hotel. Spoke mainly with Diana snd victor along with a few others. These people went well over what i expected and kept in contact every day to make sure we enjoyed the hotel. Food at the hotel is really good you will always find something to eat. Big bonus was out door eating at venue and all the cafes around resort. Beach is beautiful and lived spending time at the bar down there. Al cart eating was really good with the best being the Turkish restaurant. This was outstanding along with joes grill that has also great staff. Mehmet and wee tai girl were so good with service along with Turkish staff at that restaurant. Highlight of night time shows was the Dj night with burrac at top Turkish Dj. This night along with white night was outstanding felt like you were at a concert. Spoke to hotel management Abraham who is a gentleman. Overall this hotel is fantastic and will only get better once all finished.

A lovely hotel great atmosphere, we came as a group of lads, a great environment with lots to do, food was spot on, the waiter Baki was amazing, very helpful and friendly service A**

One of those holidays where lots of bits went wrong. I had emailed the hotel saying it was my Husbands Birthday while we were there. They did email me back but when we got there reception knew nothing about my email and on his Birthday nothing was even done!! I called Victor at customer services and some petals were put on our table at dinner then at 11.30pm a bottle of wine was sent to our room via Victor (Thank You)
We spoke to another couple who had petals and heart shaped towels make on their bed and their dinner table was decorated and had a bottle of wine one! They were not celebrating anything they said!!
There was still some noise where building work was taking place and our view was of the building works! Our bathroom flooded after one of us showered this was sorted. Also our safe wouldn't lock. Eventually the safe was changed but it wasn't screwed to the wall so anyone could of taken it! We had spent far too long waiting for maintenance to fix this problem and then not turning up so we gave up in the end.
Overall the rooms are a good size we had a superior room but the view was horrible. The shower was lovely and large. The bottles of conditioner in the rooms who knows whats in them its not conditioner. Brought some from the shop in the end. Water and soft drinks replaced daily. Air con was great even though it did leave a puddle on the floor every day!
Restaurant plenty of room to sit, go down early. Plenty of choice even for a fussy eater like me. Puddings were yummy!
Swimming pools lots of them and all great. Plenty of sunbeds.Not putting towels down before 8am.
Beach was great but could do with more shade like Numa Bay Side has.
Best food was from Ali BABA. Staff also great.
Don't forget the coffee shop and to try the waffles!
Thanks to Dean and Victor who were great from customer services. If you have a problem go to them as reception are useless!
Overall we would come back even with the problems. But the most negitive thing for us was nothing was sorted for my Husbands Birthday which really made the day sad.

We had a really nice stay at Numa Bay Exclusive. The hotel is a great choice for a family holiday with children. There are plenty of activities for kids, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing.
The food selection was very good, with plenty of options for different tastes. If you enjoy desserts, you’ll especially appreciate the wide variety available.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, it was taken care of straight away after we asked, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
I would also recommend the spa. I booked a hammam and a course of massages, and it was one of the best moments of my trip. The massages were carried out professionally, with an effective and professional approach.
One small tip for future guests: you probably won’t need to spend extra money during your stay unless you choose optional services like the spa or the shops, both of which accept credit cards. However, some activities in the kids’ club require an extra fee, and the kids’ club accepts cash only. My daughter wanted to decorate a T-shirt but couldn’t because we didn’t have any cash with us.
Overall, we had a very positive experience. We came home with great memories and would recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic 7-night stay at Numa Bay as a family of five (2 adults, 2 children and 1 grandparent), and overall we had an excellent holiday.

Our only slight hiccup was on arrival. We had requested adjoining or nearby rooms if possible, but when we arrived at 2am this hadn't been arranged. I appreciate this can't be guaranteed but as reception was very busy it took around an hour before we reached our rooms. Thankfully everything after that was excellent.

There were always plenty of sunbeds available by both the pool and the beach with no need for the usual early-morning rush. Even after breakfast we could usually find space for all five of us. If you have a particular spot in mind, it’s worth heading down a little earlier.

The beach is clean with lovely soft sand, although it is shared with two neighbouring hotels. The sea is rocky in places, so reef shoes are highly recommended. If you enjoy snorkelling, bring your snorkel too the water is clear and there’s plenty to see, although it becomes deep quite quickly, so you should be a confident swimmer.

The food was excellent throughout our stay, with a huge variety of options between breakfast, the Avenues snack restaurant and the main buffet restaurant. Service times are well organised, but there was always plenty of food available. We also tried the Mangal à la carte restaurant, which I would highly recommend if you enjoy Turkish cuisine.

The staff really made our holiday. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Dean from Guest Relations, who was always cheerful, approachable and full of helpful suggestions. Miranda looked after us brilliantly, remembered our coffee and drinks orders, and always greeted us with a smile. Tolga and Cengyz in the main restaurant also provided exceptional service throughout our stay.

This was our third holiday in Turkey, and without doubt our best experience so far.

The evening entertainment was enjoyable every night, and our children especially loved the stunt show. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with plenty of well maintained toilets throughout the resort. The water park was also a big hit with the kids.

A few suggestions for improvement:
The spa facilities are excellent, but the sales approach felt a little too pushy at times. Displaying treatment prices would make it easier for guests to browse without feeling pressured.
The hotel uses a large number of single use plastic water bottles each day. Installing chilled water refill stations around the resort would be a great environmentally friendly improvement.
The adult pool is lovely but noise from the nearby activity pool carries across. Extending adult only quiet time by an extra hour in the evening could make it even more relaxing.

Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would happily return. Thank you to everyone at Numa Bay for making our stay so memorable.

The atmosphere was electric throughout. There was never a dull moment. Rooms were immaculate. The whole experience proved to be great value for money. The service was excellent from the moment we checked in to the time we checked out. There were no glitches at all. Amenities were top notch. Staff were excellent in every way. Special mention goes to Dean from guest relations for a fantastic job throughout our stay. He went over and above the call of duty with his professionalism and courtesy. Lauren was there for us from the moment we checked in up to when we checked out. She signposted us and gave us valuable advice throughout. I highly commend the duo for all they did for us as a family. They are a credit to you.

The transfer was terrible; it was supposed to be direct to the hotel. Not only was there a stop at a shop, but we also stopped at four other hotels along the way. On the return trip, we left incredibly early—six hours before the flight, according to the travel agency—supposedly to ensure we made the plane, yet we made another 20-minute stop at that same shop. At the airport, we had to wait for check-in to open, and the process took so long that by the time it was our turn, we reached the plane just as the final boarding call was being made.

We had to change rooms due to noisy air conditioning; the rooms on the upper floors are more modern. Housekeeping was inadequate: the floors weren't mopped, the balcony was ignored, and the water bottles that were supposed to be replenished daily were missing. The pillows on the bed were left exactly as we had left them, and the blanket was merely folded haphazardly.

The beach was great—a gradual entry into the sea (with occasional stones), making it perfect for children.

The bars and restaurants were excellent, with plenty of options available all day, and the staff were very pleasant.

The entertainment program was extensive.

It didn't bother us much, but finishing construction work is still underway on a new building; three-quarters of it is occupied, while the rest is being completed.

Overall, the experience was excellent.

The hotel is amazing, people who worked here are amazing, but the food i can rate 5/10. I ate better at asian hotels all inclusive. The best men here is Dean from Jamaica, we loved him with all family, he’s very helpful ale nice to everyone. Also i need to tell about my friend Bambi-Donya, the animator with a heart full of love and energy. best people ever.

The stay in the hotel was absolutely great.Cleanliness,animation,staff all worked perfectly.The food was throughout the day and very tasty.There were enough deck chairs on the beach and by the pool.If I had a small complaint so only in the sea there are occasional rocks then you need to be careful.If they were to take off then the hotel will be absolutely flawless.
