We had an amazing stay at Numa Bay Hotel and can honestly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The hotel is maintained to a very high standard, with excellent facilities and plenty of attractions and activities for both adults and children. Everything was clean, well-organized, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was fantastic.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their professionalism and positive attitude made our holiday even more enjoyable.
We would especially like to thank Dean for making our stay so memorable. From the moment we arrived, he made sure we felt welcome and created a wonderful atmosphere every single day. He was always ready to help with a smile and went above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. Dean has an amazing connection with children—he greeted our kids every day, took the time to talk with them, and always made them smile. His kindness, energy, and genuine care made a huge difference to our holiday.

A wonderful place to celebrate a birthday 🩷
Our family holiday turned into a nightmare after my partner suffered a serious back injury while using the hotel gym. He was taken to hospital by ambulance, where scans later showed serious disc injuries, and he was declared medically unfit to fly home.
From that moment on, we felt completely unsupported by the hotel.
On the morning we were due to check out, my partner could barely walk. He was in excruciating pain and physically unable to travel, so we desperately asked if we could keep our room a little longer while we tried to arrange somewhere else to stay. We were refused.
We explained that my partner had been declared medically unfit to fly and that we had nowhere to go with our 5 year old child.
I was in tears at reception, terrified about what we were going to do as the hotel told us it was impossible for us to stay again as there was no rooms, we were told to contact reservations for a room, we were told the reservations team could only be contacted by email, so all we could do was wait and hope for a reply. We spent hours sitting in limbo, feeling incredibly vulnerable, not knowing where we would be sleeping that night! I was on the phone to Jet2 asking for help. The Jet2 representative asked if she could speak to reception, but nobody would take the phone. I repeatedly tried to pass it over, but staff refused and even turned their backs on me. The Jet2 representative apologised to me because of the complete lack of professionalism the hotel showed!
One man who I take my hat off to (Victor) after speaking to him he secured us a room within 20 minutes! Thank you Victor!
The following morning, I returned to reception. The same member of staff who had told me the previous day that reservations could only be contacted by email asked if we had heard back. When I said no, he simply replied, “Oh, let me ring them.” I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. After leaving us stranded and distressed, crying in the lobby because we believed there was no other way to contact reservations and because of how vulnerable we felt, a phone call suddenly became an option.
Eventually we had no choice but to move to another hotel. Later, when my partner needed more medication, our new hotel kindly called Numa Bay to ask which hospital he had originally been taken to, as the hotel doctor had arranged the ambulance. Despite hearing staff mention both our names, they claimed they didn’t know which hospital he had been sent to. We were left having to start the whole process again at a different hospital.
The accident itself was awful, but what made it so much worse was the complete lack of care and support afterwards. We were left feeling abandoned at the most frightening and vulnerable time of our lives. I would never return to this hotel and could not recommend it based on how we were treated when we needed help the most.

We have been to Numa 4 times now and it has been great every single time. Visiting this year was great for seeing the changes made to the hotel, the beach area now provides much more space and sun loungers meaning you don’t have to reserve in the morning. Food is great, the buffet selection each night was excellent and provided a variety of food options for everyone. Another great improvement is the food court which allows you to snack throughout the day with a great variety of foods.
When it comes to the cleanliness of the rooms it is great, the cleaner on the 2600 room section was lovely always smiled and greeted us even when all the way down the hallway.
Staff at Numa are all great, from cleaners, waitresses and barman’s to all staff who are always looking after you and at ways to improve your visit.
Special mentions go to Victor at Guest Relations who always checked on us making sure if we are okay with everything or have any issues and was ready to sort them with a smile on his face, the staff waitressing on the outside area during dinner especially the Blonde girl (Nil we think her name was) was always attentive, greeted us with a smile on her face and always ensured that we have drinks and was always offering to bring us more. The last special mention goes to the Man who cleans up the drink glasses at the beach always wears a little green hat he was always checking up if we want any drinks and always greeted everyone with a smile on his face.
A few areas for improvement which we managed to catch within our time at numa this year are - have staff stock up the beach toilets much more often as a lot of the time there was no toilet paper or soap in the dispensers, Stock up the fridge by the beach with water much more often as there was times when it was completely empty,
Me and my family stayed oct 9th 2025 for 10 days the hotel is brilliant we all had a great time kids and adults the entertainment team where brilliant hotel was nice rooms was perfect clean and tidy the guest relation team was great dean was brilliant really helpful made sure our trip was perfect gave us some good places to visit and made our stay good throughout the location of the hotel is good you get your own beach and close to loads of shops bars everything really

I’ve just returned from my 3rd holiday at Numa Bay in 14 months and it was again perfect! I am already planning another visit before the end of the year!
This trip was my first solo holiday and I couldn’t have picked a better destination. I felt completely safe every single day as a solo female traveller.
I met Victor on my first holiday to Numa Bay last year and he was waiting to welcome me back this time. He checked on me every day and was so attentive again. Victor is an asset to Numa Bay! He works so hard and always has a smile on his face!
I also met Lauren from guest relations who was so friendly and welcoming. Again she made me feel safe and it was comforting knowing there was an English female at the hotel!
I knew if I had any problems that Lauren and Victor would help however I had no issues, again my holiday was faultless. I saw Lauren most days and spoke with her which made my holiday even better.
The new areas are beautiful! I spent every day at the new pools or the new beach. Again the food was amazing, the new snack bar is great. I dined at the new Turkish restaurant Mangal, enjoyed so much delicious food!
I booked a photoshoot with Ayhan. He spent 1.5 hours with me, taking beautiful photos of me around the hotel and on the beach. I chose 25 photos which he printed for me and presented to me in a photo album and I also had all 500+ photos put onto my phone! I would highly recommend booking a photoshoot and I have memories of my first solo holiday to keep for a lifetime!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy throughout the day, as well as great evening entertainment.
The buffet offered a fantastic variety of food, with a different theme each night, so there was always something new to try.
We would also like to give a special mention to Victor from Guest Relations, who was absolutely brilliant. He went above and beyond to ensure my boyfriend’s food allergies were catered for at the buffet and quickly resolved the issues we experienced when booking the à la carte restaurants. Victor is a real credit to the hotel, and his outstanding customer service made our stay even more enjoyable.
We’d also like to mention Poison from the Entertainment Team, who was always friendly and brought great energy to the activities.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return in the future.

Very clean hotel with excellent pools and a great variety of food. The staff were very helpful, especially Yakop and Aida. A special thanks to our housekeeper for her excellent service. Highly recommended!
Disappointing stay – hotel not ready for guests
We stayed at this hotel expecting an Ultra All Inclusive experience, but unfortunately our holiday was affected by a number of issues from the moment we arrived.
We were staying in the new block in a superior room and were insured that the hotel would be finished prior to arrival. However we found that ur original room was not in an acceptable condition. It had a leaking toilet and sink, faulty sockets, television issues, dust throughout and unfinished construction work, with building materials and unfinished fittings still visible. We reported the issues immediately and, although we appreciate that we were moved to another room around two days into our holiday, we were unable to properly unpack or settle in during that time.
The replacement room was finished to a better standard, but the wider issues remained. Construction noise started from around 7am on most mornings and continued throughout our stay. There were unfinished areas throughout the accommodation block and hotel, power outages in our block and only one lift was operational over our 10 day stay, which caused inconvenience. The corridors and communal areas were also very warm due to limited air conditioning.
We also felt that the food, drinks and entertainment did not reflect the standard we expected from a hotel advertised as Ultra All Inclusive. The restaurant was often very busy, with long queues at meal times, which made dining less enjoyable.
Whilst many of the hotel staff worked hard and were friendly, we found some members of the reception team to be dismissive when we initially raised our concerns. In contrast, Lauren and Victor from Guest Relations were always approachable and friendly. The wider team at guest relations were all friendly too, they always listened to complaints and tried to resolve.
Unfortunately, despite these positives, the number of issues meant that the majority of our holiday was affected. We hope the hotel completes the outstanding work and improves its facilities and quality of food and drink, as it has the potential to be a much better place to stay in the future.
Absolutely fantastic hotel, first time to Turkey and it didnt didsapoint, the food was great, lots of choice, staff very welcoming and couldn't do enough, a big shout out to vicktor, who made sure he touched base with us everyday, also Dean,so friendly and couldn't do enough for us, the waitress service was brilliant, all friendly, the entertainment was fantastic, they really went all out, some really fantastic shows.we both had a couple of massages which were amazing, and I experienced a Turkish bath! I felt like a new woman.
Great for families, lots of entertainment for the kids, and the animation team were just great, we would definitely return to this hotel, great value for the money we paid . Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entertainment team was absolutely amazing – energetic, friendly, and always making sure that guests had a great time. Their activities and shows were fun, professional, and created a fantastic atmosphere throughout the holiday.

We travelled to the Numa Bay hotel as part of a sports trip with a group of 20. The hotel was immaculately clean, the food was excellent and all the facilities were great. Pools nice and clean and with plenty of loungers. Lots of options for places to eat and types of food. All the staff were so helpful too, from the excellent team at guest services to the restaurant staff and the cleaners. Victor at guest services could not have been any more helpful - thank you! All in all wonderful trip and highly recommend, thank you!
