Awful, no record of booking despite having proof, left to find alternative accommodation late night
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Paid via Booking.com and reservation confirmation emails were all received both from booking.com and the hotel itself. upon arrival after a very long flight from the UK, staff said they had no record of the booking, despite me showing proof and having a restaurant booking at the hotel also confirmed, and that they had no rooms. I was left late night in a strange city to find an alternative room. Staff at the hotel couldn't care less.

Good Airport Hotel
Pros:

As far as airport hotels go, this is a great option.

Getting to and from the airport couldn't be easier with the skytrain directly across the street. The hotel itself is very modern and felt extremely clean and airy.

The room was great for a single night before flying out the next morning. The bed was comfortable and the room maintained a good temperature. The work space was great to get some work done at the end of the day.
The real highlight was the bathroom which was a great size with a really wonderful shower. The rain showerhead was great as was the hand-held wand. Water pressure was great.

Hotel gym is adequate for a quick workout.

Overall, I'd stay here again if I needed an airport hotel.

Unacceptable Service!
Pros:

Imagine you book your birthday getaway to ATL & reserve your rooms with @renatlgateway @marriottbonvoy only to be told the price doesn't exist & it's a glitch...

To provide more backstory, the app allowed me to reserve this beautiful establishment at an amazing price; however, the email confirmation only showed 1 room. What magically happened to the 2nd room? I called to double check & was told it’s a “system glitch" & they are unable to honor the rate.

Please note that I called the reservations line for the hotel & they also advised that even as a Platinum Elite there was nothing they could do but open a case. I am 3 weeks away with no hotel now & they are offering me nothing to right this wrong. Be careful booking here.

Deceptive- NOT an airport view
Pros:

We booked a corner room with an airport view, and ended up with a window facing an empty office building. It was nothing like the picture on the web site, which shows a far-off view of the airport. Also, the safe was unusable because it’s inside of a drawer, so it could barely be opened. I wish we’d stayed someplace else.

Nope
Pros:

It pains me to write this review, because living 2+ hours from ATL, I absolutely relied on this hotel for park and fly for any flight earlier than noon. Unfortunately, the valet company has changed. It's no longer drop your car and go upstairs - it's tons more paperwork that you have to get from the front desk then drag all your stuff back outside to hand it to the valet. Additionally, when I left the next morning and asked the valet to put my suitcase in my car, they didn't - gave it to the front desk instead. No name, no notification, nothing. When I returned and asked why it wasn't in the car, the valet shrugged and told me to ask the front desk, who found it and handed it to me without even questioning my claim that it belonged to me. Not to mention that's all after it took 25 minutes to retrieve my car in the first place.

The hotel itself? Guests were super loud this last stay. Doors slamming all night. Not sure if it's become a party hotel vs. pre-airport place, but I got basically no sleep. I've always stayed here because it's quiet compared to the cheaper airport hotels, but no longer, it appears.

Despite all that, I came home from my trip and went to book my regular June pre-airport stay only to find out there's now a 30-day cancellation policy. For a hotel airport where people are much more likely to miss a stay?! Rates have skyrocketed, too, from around $250 to $500+ for park and fly stays. For a subpar valet service and poor sleep? No thanks. Do better, Marriott.
