Wonderful location and great hotel all around!
Pros:

Beautiful location, drop dead views from all our windows. Delicious dinner and abundant breakfast choices. Best nights sleep of our journey. Spotlessly clean!

К сожалению, пребывание в этом отеле оставило крайне неприятное впечатление.

1. При заселении со мной разговаривали грубо и невежливо.
2. Номера сами по себе хорошие, однако запах еды из ресторана распространяется по всему отелю и проникает в номера. Из-за этого в комнате постоянно ощущался неприятный запах.
3. Сотрудник отеля вел себя крайне раздражённо, высокомерно и без уважения к гостям.

Хороший номер не компенсирует грубое отношение персонала и неприятный запах в помещении. Гостеприимство и уважение к клиентам должны быть обязательными стандартами любого отеля.

Я остался очень недоволен обслуживанием и не рекомендую этот отель тем, кто ценит комфорт и вежливое отношение.

Pros:

Cicha i spokojna okolica, piękny widok na góry i pasące się krowy za płotem. Idealne miejsce gdy ktoś chce spokoju. Pokój z balkonem z widokiem na góry robił robotę

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji (otrzymaliśmy wiatrak). Niezbyt chętni do rozmowy po angielsku (mimo znajomości angielskiego próbują przejść na język niemiecki, który średnio mi leży)
