La nourriture , les jus , la façon dont la réception à trainer pour me donner la clé de ma chambre, la bouche est petite et le modèle n’est pas nouveau… et je trouve la chambre deluxe super petite

The property is spotless, and the staff is exceptional, particularly at the reception, restaurant, and gym. Mme Nadège Nz, one of the receptionists, exudes genuine kindness, evident even over the phone before meeting her in person. She’s always smiling, readily available to accommodate guests and ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, catering to diverse tastes.

Cons:

there was a minor issue with the noise as I could easily hear both the traffic outside and the TV sounds from my neighboring room.

Lorsqu’on commande des verres par exemple 5 , on nous dit que c’est pas disponible vu que l’hôtel est full c’est souvent la même excuse

Un peu déçu par le manque d’entretien. C’était ma deuxième et j’ai senti une certaine détérioration en termes de propret
