Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable et la chambre a la hauteur de la description

Cons:

Osen no tatoo friendly (nous avions posé la question et la réponse n'était pas clair mais pas de souci)
Le petit déjeuner est dans un café a côté, le personnel n'est vraiment pas a la hauteur de celui de l'hotel

想像していたより設備が充実しており、清潔感のあるお宿でした
Pros:

12階に大浴場があり、浴室内に全自動洗濯機があり、安心して洗濯ができそうでした。浴室を出ると名古屋の街並みを見られるよう椅子が配置されており、アイスのサービスもありました。その他、ティーパックや化粧水等のアメニティを選んで使えることもよかったです。
