Great place to stay with affordable rooms and great location
Pros:

I like that it is at the heart of Melaka town. Very walkable in distance to the main attractions of Melaka. The parking spaces are plenty. The convenience to go in and out of the place. The place has pharmacy and convenient store just across the street.

Cons:

I dont like the pool was a bit not maintain well. We came on the first day and the pool was out of service. The food for breakfast is okay. Could improve some more, plus I wish that the egg station could have more helping hand.

Gezilecek yerlere çok yakındı ama oda ıslak bez gibi kokuyordu bu bizi çok rahatsız etti. Havuza serinlemek için giremiyorsunuz çünkü suyu soğuk değil ısınmış bir suda yüzmek de o sıcakta hiç hoş olmuyor. Ayrıca denetlemeleri çok zayıf havuzdayken birinin burnu kanadı kanı suya sümkürdü şok içinde izledik müdahale edecek kimse de olmadığı için bunu yapmaya kan durana kadar devam etti. Kısacası kötü bir deneyimdi.

Cons:

This hotel shouldn't discriminate people by race. Tamil channel not provided and when i ask the management team they blame another team. Which I felt very bad. Even the breakfast I'm willing to pay extra RM 39, with the belief they provide the best like last 3 years back. But they failed.

Unfortunately, this stay was far below our expectations, and we would not recommend or return to this hotel in the futur

Good location, comfortable bed, and a smooth check-in process. The hotel design is modern and the room was generally clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The swimming pool was not as clean as expected and looked very different from the photos shown online. The parking area was quite far from the hotel, which was inconvenient.

During our stay, there was an emergency alarm/fire drill that caused significant noise and disturbance. We also experienced a power outage that lasted approximately 3 hours.

The bellman was not very friendly, and the staff presentation did not reflect the standard we would expect from a 4-star hotel. There was also confusion regarding breakfast entitlement. The receptionist informed us that breakfast was for 2 guests per room, but the breakfast staff stated it was only for 1 guest and asked us to reconfirm at reception, which was inconvenient and unprofessional.

Overall, the hotel did not match the expectations created by the photos and descriptions online.
