Excellent
Pros:

One of the best hotel stays ever! Staff were excellent Mr George. View was amazing at night for town city view. Mini bar complementary. Definitely value for money. Would totally recommend to anyone wanting to be close to KLCC and Bukit Bintang.

A to go to hotel
Pros:

From the minute I arrived, I was impressed with the warmth and genuine greetings we received together with lobby freshness. Service all round was impressive.
Each and every team members I interacted with showed how genuine they were in serving, especially Faizal and Tarmizie. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Mercure Shaw Parade. The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious!
We have already recommended some relatives to consider this hotel for our next trip to KL.

Exceptional Hospitality Stay
Pros:

Another 5 nights stay at Mercure Kuala Lumpur Shaw Parade.

As usual the check in and out was smooth with no hiccups.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade and the small birthday cake. The gesture made my day.

As I've emailed beforehand to inform them that I'm a vegetarian, I got an email reply stating my dietary requirements will be looked after.

All the staff in the restaurant were superb.

And the moment I stepped in the restaurant for my breakfast, I was treated exceptionally well, and felt valued.

All of my vegetarian meals were specially made to order and tasted so delicious.
Kudos to everyone in the restaurant.
Especially to Ms Hani who personally attended to my needs during each breakfast session throughout my stay. She truely knows how to treat a guest and make him feel like a VIP

And on my 5th day, I saw they had set up a dedicated vegetarian seperate food counter and was informed this would be a permanent feature moving forward.

This is indeed brilliant news for vegans/vegetarians looking for delicious meals at breakfast.

Kudos to the GM and everyone involved in making it happen.

I'll definitely stay here for my upcoming business trip soon..

Central hotel in KL with all the comforts
Pros:

Deluxe hotel with good views. Very comfortable beds.very quiet. Helpful staff. Very clean. Great shower with hot water.

Pros:

The swimming pool is nice
Pretty spacious room, also clean
Location not far from the city center

Cons:

The water dispenser in the room is not that great. Water comes out at room temperature, which nobody drinks, so you have to cool it before drinking it.
The swimming pool is nice but the view is not great.
The hotel is on a busy road (pretty common in Malaysia) so it is not ideal when you want to just to go outside and walk around

価格に見合ったホテルでした。
Pros:

部屋、立地的に使い易いホテルでした。
繁華街やコンビニが道路挟んで向かいなので、
横断するのに少し苦労しました。
飛行機の時間の関係で荷物を預かっていただきましたが、
スムーズに気持ち良く接していただきました。
