員工沒危機處理能力，我提早一天退房.貴公司中班男性員工，我租機車，那天臨時遇到重大事情要馬上回台北，結果機車行員工說馬上過去你們飯店騎車回去，結果你們飯店員工中班男性員工一直推舵沒有這樣幫忙一間飯店要隨時應變，只1小時內來牽，一直強調他要下班他11點他要下班我9點多離開你們飯店我在你們飯前後住有10年以上，感覺很不好。
