staff at reception were welcoming
The bed was made but when I pulled back the covers to get in bed there were pubes and hairs bits of fluff, the sheets had been slept in. What got me was that the bed was made perfectly and the room was clean but the bed sheets were not changed from the last guest.
Location and friendly staff
Not enough staff working at breakfast, only one person for preparation & serving & clearing plates. This member of staff was doing her very best, smiling helping people as much as possible, despite being run off her feet. She was a credit to the Company.
The TV didn’t work! Only remedy was to move rooms and the staff member said there wasn’t a guarantee that TV would work due to poor signal.
Comfortable bed and room. Food in restaurant was good and staff overall very helpful and friendly
Minor quibbles. No TV remote in the room and they were unable to provide a replacement as ‘a number had recently broken and they had taken them from other rooms to replace them’. Ours was obviously one of the unlucky ones. Also fan in room was constantly on and controls failed to work to turn it off. Very disturbing to a nights sleep.

after staying at the Hampton by Hilton Humberside Airport with work i have received a debt collectors letter asking for £340 when i gave my registration to the receptionist as well as on the displayed ipad. they are telling me there is nothing they can do to fix it other than sending an email to someone and i am risking getting a CCJ and not being approved on a mortgage next week for something they told me had been taken care of. needs serious attention as its caused myself great stress.
