Very expensive
Pros:

Nice spacious room in modern hotel. Food available was pretty good and not more expensive than you would imagine.
Excellent location for an early flight.

Cons:

Bathroom sink would not drain on arrival until the strange tilting plug had a strong whack.
In morning there was no hot water at all, when I told the staff in reception they said ‘I know’..

Reduced price? No still extremely expensive room.

Just grabbing the chance of a little sleep before carrying on with our journey home
Cons:

Entrance in the terminal would have been better. Arriving in the small hours of the morning with our luggage and having to take a meandering walk with a very tired daughter wasn’t ideal

Overpriced. Could do so much better.
Pros:

Didn’t get to have breakfast - we left the hotel at 3:55am. Breakfast starts at 4. A couple of old pastries and some apples were left out for those who left at this time.

Cons:

We booked as a family of three. There was no cot in the room, and the sofa bed wasn’t made up either as an alternative. We did this ourselves but there were no spare sheets or duvets covers to sleep in!

The rooms are very small and you can hear everything from outside the rooms.

We had a lot of luggage and a 2 year old. We didn’t receive any offers of staff to help assist to our room.

No room service. We were unable to come down to the restaurant due to my son being a little unwell, and so we missed dinner. Room service would have been a good option here.

Hotel needs a system to assist mobility challenged guests to take their luggage to the terminal. No baggage trolleys were available!

No breakfast to go at airport hotel
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, of all hotel.
Room good, decent tea/coffee in room to use.
Shower good.

Many guests( as had I) had early morning flights. Breakfast was included in the stay costs. But wasn't open at the time many of us went to flights.
I expected that you could order a breakfast pack to take with you (as at most hotels in this price range). The packs are left ready with room number on. And are usually good and hold a variety of foods to go.
However, this was not the case. Staff said to choose from the table. There was a small table(which would seat 4) on it it had some bananas and a bowl that had contained some cereal bars but only 1 left. 3 croissants in a bowl and 2 large cartons of juice, with paper cups, but no lids so you couldn't take with you. No hot drinks at all.
No one replenished the table and there were at many guests leaving at this time.
Staff at reception were uninterested and did not respond to concerns /comment made by folk.
I was extremely disappointed as the location is excellent. They need to improve on this aspect as it is not good at all. The cost of the stay includes breakfast. We were not given this or any form of suitable replacement.
Very concerning as your hotels usually excellent service
