Deluxe Queen Room's Review-April 2026
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room, and also great food. We can have free parking facility too. Also, this hotel has an entrance door to Singkawang Grand Mall, so that we can access the mall easily without the need for going out

Cons:

-The room window isn't quite wide. I expected to get more sunlight comes to the room.
-No hand shower for bath-taking, only head shower

櫃檯及其他服務人員很親切，住宿的環境也算是很舒服，地理位置算是在中心，旁邊就是購物中心，購物吃飯都很方便

Cons:

浴室的乾濕分離做的非常不好，洗完澡後地板一定會全濕，水壓也不太夠，洗澡水很小。

Prima hotel maar wellicht minder geschikt voor Europianen.
Pros:

Prima plek, fijne kamer en lekker rustig maar wel vlak bij de mall met supermarkt. Het ontbijt is goed maar beperkt voor Europesche reizigers. 's Avonds nog een biertje drinken is nog duurder dan in Europa!

Cons:

Personeel spreekt heel beperkt engels, een lamp in de kamer was niet uit te maken. Er was al eerder door een gast zwarte tape overheen geplakt, na bellen en reclameren bij de balie kwam er een monteur die de kabel doorknipte. Na het schoonmaken van de kamer is een kopje nog half vol met koffie op zijn kop weer op het blaadje gezet (hoe dan?) en toen ik het later oppakte stroomde dus al die koffie eruit!

Pros:

The air conditioner in our room was not cooling properly. Among all the staff, only one person was attentive and helped us find a better room with an AC that worked well. Unfortunately, no other staff members offered assistance.
