Cons:

I paid 1800 MXN for a one-month stay.

I then left my car there for another month while I visited another city.

The owner charged me 5000 MXN to store my car.

So I payed twice the amount to store the car as to stay in the hotel.

Francisco the owner ripped me off.

Bad Location (unless you like long , hilly walks on cobblestone)
Pros:

Having a pool was nice but , I have a dog who *loves* the water so . . .

Cons:

Too many stairs & hills !!!
- there was nowhere for my dog to do 'his business' . . by the pool there was a very nice , well kept , piece of grass but he could damage the grass so , I had to climb 6 sets of stairs for him to pee !! Once you get outside , there's still 'nowhere' for him to pee !!
Did I mention the stairs & hills !! If you're young ? . . fine but . . 'la playa is 1/2 hour walk away & hard-to-walk-on cobblestones . . . very bad location

Un havre de paix à Sayulita!
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait, à quelques pas du centre et la tranquillité wow! De plus la terrasse est vraiment superbe, ma vue de la villa, j’ai adoré! Je conseille cet endroit, c’est superbe! De plus, ils acceptent les chiens et ça pour moi ça vaut de l’or! Le personnel est super gentil!

Cons:

Parfois la piscine n’est pas à son top mais généralement oui!

La limpieza y el precio por lo recibido.

Cons:

Solo en una ocasión llovió muy fuerte y se metió el agua por una ventana, se filtró por el marco, nada grave pero si hubiera estado algo electrónico en ese sitio si se puede descomponer, también el ventilador no daba aire suficiente. Pero nada grave

Beautiful property, clean room, nice pool, friendly staff, good price.
Pros:

Beautiful clean property, with pool and views. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast available for a few hours.

Cons:

Bit of a hike up to the top of the hill, but I rented a cart for a day. They even had one for rent at the property.

Pros:

La vue de la chambre et de la piscine est remarquable. La piscine est très agréable et facile d'accès.

Cons:

La chambre est très sommaire avec un équipement vétuste et des prestations qui sont anciennes. Les robinets de douche sont défectueux et les pommeaux de douches ne permettent pas de prendre une douche convenable. Le mobilier des chambres et de la cuisine/salon est très ancien et mal adapté.

Quiet cute little place away from central noise
Pros:

Quiet and away from noisy busy central part of town.

Cons:

It was a little far to walk up a very steep hill and isolated. Fortunately, I just had a back pack but not for roller bags! Also, no one at reception although I tracked down staff by looking around the hotel and calling and texting.
