Wonderful Stay !
Pros:

I had such a great stay at this hotel and everyone that comes to this city should stay here. What made my experience wonderful was the outstanding service by Mel ! She was one of the best front desk agents I've come across & is excellent at her job. Miriah, Benard and Tara were both amazingly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

Exceptional Service & A Wonderful Stay!
Pros:

I had an absolutely amazing experience here, and it is all thanks to the incredible staff!
A massive, special shout-out goes to Mel, who completely stole the show. From the moment I arrived, she took amazing care of us. She made our check-in completely seamless, but what really blew me away was how she went above and beyond to personally handle getting a playpen for my little one. On top of that, she made sure we knew exactly where we were going by getting some easy-to-follow directions from the other staff members. Mel’s warmth, attentiveness, and care made a world of difference for my family!
I also want to give a huge thanks to Miriah, Benard, and Tara. They handled our booking process flawlessly, making everything smooth, easy, and stress-free before we even arrived.
The entire team here is top-notch, but Mel truly made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

It was a nice stay but like I said this hotel needs to decide what’s the incidental
Pros:

The room was clean & ready for using

Cons:

I didn’t like that I was told incidentals were $20 but when I got to the location they tried to charge me $250 . It’s not a set hold for incidentals so be careful . Some employees have different knowledge on “charges “

It was ok. Wasn’t worth the price
Pros:

Very clean, good location right beside Walmart and close to my work site.

Cons:

Water kept getting cold in shower, bed is very uncomfortable and the tv only worked half the time.

Very disappointing
Pros:

The hotels best feature was it's closeness to my reason for coming to the area.

Cons:

Considering the cost of the room, everything about it was surprisingly uncomfortable. I've slept on a better mattress at discount motels. No continental breakfast at what is supposed to be a nice hotel was frankly pathetic. Zero chance of ever wanting to stay at their properties again.

A delightful stay
Pros:

We spent one night at the Courtyard in Spring Lake on our way to Florida. While we started a little shaky with a room without heat, we were moved to a new room immediately.
We went to the Bistro to have a drink and a light meal. This was an outstanding experience. Derrick was the server and Don the Chef. They are two awesome guys. The service was outstanding and the food was excellent. My wife and I split a grilled cheese and tomato soup. The soup was one of the best that I have had. Derrick and Don are really nice guys who make you feel appreciated. We had an awesome time.
In the morning, we went back to the Bistro for breakfast. Robert is the customer service manager and he was also polite, friendly and very competent. The food was very good and the service was excellent. We absolutely loved our stay.

Amazing food
Pros:

In all my travels I have had a lot of hotel food. This Courtyard in Spring Lake is by far the best. Chef Don was extremely friendly and makes incredibly tasty food. Tonight I had the tomato soup and I told him he will give my mom a run for her money. The soup was delicious. I also came back tonight for another chicken Caesar salad. Chef Don is definitely an asset to this hotel. My hat definitely goes off to the chef.

Good place, nice hotel, breakfast needs to be included, especially for the price we were charged.
Pros:

Very nice facility. Clean, nice staff. Good room location and amenities.

Cons:

Breakfast was not included and very expensive to purchase in the at location Barista.

We traveled in a group with another couple and when they checked in the attendant offered to cancel their reservation and rebook it for $60 less a night than what we both initially paid for the room. I was not offered that so I paid $566 for my stay and the other party stayed for around $384. If you can offer this for one, it needs to be offered for everyone.
