Perfect hotel ❤️
Pros:

This hotel was perfecr for us ❤️
The room was amazing - very comfy big bed, good air conditioning and very spacious. 10/10
The staff were AMAZING - very smiley and friendly!
The pool area was really nice with a bar attached with daily happy hour
The breakfast was yummy! Lovely fresh fruit and different options available
The location was excellent as was so quiet! And we enjoyed the walk into town (tuk tuk also available!)
Had a massage - which was really good and excellent value!
Honestly this was a truly amazing hotel.

Good experience at the hotel.
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious and the bed linen was of good quality. The rooms overlooked the pool with large glass wall windows and balcony which was lit up in green at night and the staff showed hospitality and the structure felt safe during a thunderstorm. Large area to place suitcase and luggage.

Cons:

The bathroom cubicle felt a bit too big.

Pros:

Le meilleur hôtel de Siem Reap. Très propre , la chambre était vraiment spacieuse. Le personnel étaient très serviable et très souriant . Je reviendrai l'année prochaine avec plaisir .

Beautiful Oasis of Calm and Luxury
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful property centred around a good size pool and beautiful gardens. Stunning spa with great massage services and excellent breakfast. Room was massive and beautifully appointed. Staff were exceptional.

Pros:

Hotel très agréable un peu à l'écart du centre avec un personnel très attentif et courtois toujours souriant et un délicieux petit déjeuner une chambre vaste et très confortable

誠実、親切、明朗な対応で、気持ちよく滞在できました。少しオールドマーケットから離れてますが、1ドル少々でトゥクトゥクに乗れば行けますし、全く不便には感じなかったです(むしろトゥクトゥク移動を楽しめました)。部屋の設備も申し分なく、お値段に対してお得だったと思います。Spaもお手頃価格でした。
何より、こちらの不手際で二重決済されていたのですが、快く返金対応にも応じていただき、とても感謝しています。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

ルームサービスメニューにフィッシュアンドチップスを追加してほしい、くらいしか思いつかないです。
