Ok for what I needed, but would not stay again

Pros:

The best room in the house , 1st floor overlooking the magnificent Morecambe Bay, evening restaurant was lively and the staff were wonderful, so was the steak pie

Cons:

No meet and greet, no friendly welcome, although the 'chalet maid ' was bubbly and chatted to us when we we're going to our room.

The Crown is a jewel in Morecambe’s Tiara. Brilliantly situated in the centre close to the Eric Mor.
Pros:

Staff are amazing. A genuine wanting to make your stay the best it can be. Dinner was to a high standard and my wife’s dietary requirements were dealt with quietly and without fuss. The room was fine. We could see the sea from our windows. The bed was adequate but not what we are used to.

Cons:

The bed could have been better, but everything else was great.

You won't find better in Morecambe! Great for families
Pros:

Location amazing, breakfast fab, family room was actually a suite of two individual rooms which was a luxury compared to our usual Premier Inn experiences. View out the huge windows was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel, perfect to catch the sunset.

Also I completely forgot to pay for the breakfast but staff were completely friendly and understanding when I popped back several hours later to pay.

We parked in the public car park opposite for a cost, but if we didn't have small kids with us we'd have gone a little further up and found a free spot on the street.

Cons:

Heatwave + period feature big sash windows that can't safely be opened very much meant it was pretty warm, but big fans helped a lot.

Just exactly what we needed.
Pros:

They allowed us to arrive late at night/very early morning, easy to find. Huge room, had everything we needed.

Great value for money
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and the roast dinner was delicious. Drinks were extremely reasonably priced and the location was great
