Pros:

Hotel bardzo dobrze położony. Do dworca i do centrum można dojść pieszo, choć też bardzo blisko znajduje się tramwaj. Obok znajduje się Muzeum Kultury Romskiej – chyba jedyne takie w Europie. Blisko jest również stare więzienie (jednak niestety nie można go zwiedzać od ręki, a szkoda), ciekawe aranżacje projektu Brnox, teatry, na tej samej ulicy – sklep spożywczy, kawiarnia, fancy piekarnia. Pani, która obsługiwała śniadanie, była bardzo miła i zaangażowana.

Cons:

Śniadania były dość monotonne, czegoś mi w nich zabrakło (byłam przez tydzień i mam wrażenie, że ciągle jadłam to samo). Na ulicy trzeba czasem patrzeć pod nogi, żeby nie wejść w psią kupę.

Pros:

The rooms were huge! Had nice kitchen facilities and was spacious. There was a restaurant inside the property premises.

Cons:

The staff was a bit rude during check-in and check-out. They were two different people, but both were impolite. During check-in, I greeted her and showed her my booking. She then showed her hand and I didn't understand. Apparently, she was asking for my passport. She also rolled her eyes when I said I couldn't understand Czech. Upon check-out, I went to the front desk the same time with a middle aged man. We both greeted the front desk and handed her our keys. We waited in front of her in case there was still something needed from us. After a minute, she said, "Do you need something else?" and we both said that we were waiting for her. She waved her hand and the man and I just looked at each other and laughed about it.

Celkově byl hotel moc hezký a pěkně vybavený. Snídaně byla báječná.

Cons:

Okolí působí nepříjemně, když jde člověk večer ven a jde zpět procházkou, tak to není úplně příjemné.
