The staff was great and the rooms met all expectations.
Pros:

The room was a great size and it was a nice place.

Cons:

The pool had terrible water that burned everyone’s eyes and it just isn’t very fun in there really. Maybe could use a second or third hot tub there…

Great location & awesome swimming pool
Pros:

The swimming pool was nice. My kids enjoyed it a lot. They were always stocked on towels which is a plus because not all hotels are always stocked on towels in their swimming area. The location of the hotel was walking distance to other stores.

Cons:

They didn’t have travel size lotion in their store. Lol

Excellent stay! Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Had the 2 queen suites and they were nice and big. Close to shopping and a lot of different food choices (walking distance if you wanted to). The staff at the front desk were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The pool and outdoor hot tub were clean and the kids loved them. Breakfast was good with a lot of different choices!

Pros:

Pool, waterside and location.

Cons:

The short haired front desk worker with face piercings needs some serious customer service training. This individual took every opportunity to exert authority and just be unnecessarily abrupt in all of their dealings. This person would not work for me with a serious change in behavior.
