Please note there is no hot spring bath on site.

Please note that child rates are applicable to children 11 years and under, and adult rates are applicable to children 12 years and older. Please contact the property for more details.

As the area is located 3937 feet above sea level, it reaches -20 degrees Celsius in winter. Guest rooms are equipped with kerosene heaters, as air-conditioning does not work. Guests will find kerosene heater instructions in English in each guest room.

Please note breakfast-inclusive rates are only offered in the weekend and during the high season. Please contact the property directly for more details.

Guests traveling to the property via car are strongly advised to have their vehicle equipped with snow tires and/or snow chains, as heavy snowfall is expected in the winter.

Pros:

湯畑が近くて夜でも見に行けました。有料だけど駐車場もあって良かったです。部屋も清潔でした

Pros:

1.房間大，兩個28吋行李箱攤開皆沒問題
2.離湯鈿，吃食商家及巴士總站接很近，非常方便
3.有自己小溫泉泡湯池

Cons:

1.因為11點左右就到草津溫泉，想先飯店暫放行李，櫃檯卻沒服務員,等了十來分鐘，還好有維修工人幫忙到樓上通知服務員(服務員可能在樓上忙房務吧！)，才解決了我們借放行李問題
2.房門關上不會自動上鎖，所以外出關門時，記得用鑰匙鎖上

湯畑からも近く、浴衣散策も出来て満足でした！布団もふかふかで温かかったです(^ ^)

Great stay in Kusatsu Onsen
Pros:

Location was great. Private onsen so both of us could go, but it was too hot for us. Great sleep as duvet was so soft. Cute place.

Cons:

Onsen water was way too hot for us. Was a little older than some of the places we stayed through out japan but was still a good place for sure.

Personeel is echt super vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, eerder inchecken mogelijk, voor de deur parkeren ( zeer beperkt) maar zonder kosten . En een korte rondleiding door het verblijf om je wegwijs te maken, super
