Pros:

料理が大変美味しく、食材の美味しさだけでなく良く工夫された料理で感動でした
温泉も露天風呂、展望風呂、その他にも色々な種類があり楽しめました

ザ・軽井沢を味わった。また泊まりたい。
Pros:

旧軽井沢、駅が徒歩圏内。クラシックな建物で、軽井沢に泊まった、という満足感がある。ガヤガヤしておらず、静かで落ち着いた雰囲気。スタッフもアットホームで親切。

自然を満喫できる避暑地で優雅に過ごせました。
Pros:

1日目にお風呂にお湯を入れたところ、下から漏れてちょっと大変でしたが、それを伝えるとすぐに対応して直してくださいました。ホテル内を歩いていても気持ちのよい挨拶と、心遣いが感じられ、満たされて帰宅できました。

Cons:

設備が古く、トイレのペーパーの位置が最後まで慣れませんでした。ホームページに載っていた、新鮮卵のクッキーを購入しようと楽しみにしていましたが、販売していませんでした。レストランの朝食に大変期待していましたが、ちょっと期待外れのところがありました。接客は素晴らしかったので少し残念でした。

ベットのスプリングが硬くってよかった

Cons:

ホテルの予約取る時に値段を見て夕食がついてると思ってしまい着いてから連絡すると料理はついてなく宿泊の予約が入ってないと言われほんと嫌な思いをした！
お泊まりも本館でなく別館で最悪でした⤵️
