Views were excellent. The place was neat and clean. The staff was friendly.

No room service menu's in rooms anymore so you have to go downstairs and have a look there!!
No complimentary water in room was a big no no
Fourth time we stayed Diaz Hotel. Location is the best.
We were two days without water, nobody told us, no sms, no call, nothing. We could not shower and missed an appointment.
Maintenance was done on our floor, load 2-way radios, talking and noise. Why do you accommodate guest on a floor with maintenance? We were on holiday, we wanted to rest.
The view and friendly staff.
Resort not open. Parking access not connected to Hotel. Coffee machine dod not always work during breakfast.
The breakfast is nothing short of lower grade dog food. I dont even understand how they run this place. The staff in the breakfast area are unhelpful, the food is disgusting and in my opinion, if you have a head chef...start looking for a new one. No chef should be happy to serve such disgraceful food. The booking says breakfast included but the only edible thing there is the bread and butter (not made in house)
The View
This is the 3rd time I stay at the hotel and the 3rd time they provided a double bed when I specifically booked 2 single beds and wasted my time in sending separate emails as well.
Reception is absolutely useless. I reported the wifi that did not work no response at all.
Breakfast is not the same as it use to be. Overall not the same experience as previous stays. One basically pay for the view, cause the standard of service and poor wifi does not value such a high rate.
The location was just amazing
