Quiet location with lovely views of the harbor
Pros:

Friendly staff, great breakfast, quiet location on the water and off the beaten path. Very clean room, with plenty of sitting space (bedroom was a bit tight), and good cooking facilities. We were lucky to see the aurora here!

Cons:

The shower floor is not separated from the rest of the bathroom floor, so water tended to flood the room. A floor squeegee was provided, and the heated floor helped things dry pretty quickly, but I’d have thought this could be better handled

The location is not very famous as other lofoten places, but it is also very beautiful and quiet. Not lots of tourists. Slightly off the E10 (abt 10 min driving from E10).

It looks like my room’s coffee machine doesn’t work.

Voisimme mennä toisenkin kerran.
Pros:

Osittain vanhoihin rakennuksiin loihdittu viehättävä kokonaisuus meren äärellä. Tyylikäs ja siisti hotellihuone ja vaikkei oltu ostettu merinäköalaa,upea maisemaikkuna osittaisella vesinäkymällä kuitenkin. Loistava aamupala myös merellisen tyylikkäässä ravintolassa.

Cons:

Lievä kalanhaju huoneessa. Vanhan toiminnan jäänteitä ilmeisesti. Jenkkisängyn patjat todella pehmeät.

Klimatyczne miejsce z dobrymi udogodnieniami
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Lofotów.
Ballstad nie jest może najpopularniejszą miejscowością na Lofotach, ale zdecydowanie ma swój urok. Położenie nad morzem, port, mewy i czerwone rorbu tworzą wyjątkowy klimat tego miejsca. Udało nam się nawet zobaczyć zorzę polarną!

Trafiliśmy na ofertę last minute i byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Wygodne łóżka, sauna, piękne widoki i wyjątkowa atmosfera. Na plus również bardzo dobre śniadania oraz restauracja serwująca pyszne tradycyjne potrawy.

Największym atutem jest lokalizacja i możliwość (jeżeli ktoś chce) spędzenia nocy w klasycznym rorbu. Piękny widok z hotelu. Śniadania są ok, ale bardzo monotonne.

Cons:

W pokoju było brudno, wszystko zasługuje tam na pranie i czyszczenie... Płacąc bardzo dużo nie mamy nawet sprzątania pokoju co jest słabe. W pokoju połowa rzeczy nie działa - słabe oświetlenie, pralka która jest, ale nie bardziej brudzi niż pierze. W tej cenie stosunek jakoś cena wypada tragicznie. Niewygodne łóżko.

Beautiful hotel to stay
Pros:

We had to change our check-in date at the last minute due to our extended hiking, and the hotel was very kind to allow us to shift the dates without condition. Really appreciated.
The aparment room was spacious, with a full kitchen facility. The bathroom is very comfortable. Very comfortable for a multiple-day stay.
