solo necesitaba el hotel para quedarme unos dias con mi mamá que la vine a visitar, ella tiene 92 años...
La falta de atención y empatía, mi hermana y mi prima llegaron en la mañana a ayudarme a arreglar a mi mamá y por mas que le dijimos al recepcionista que las dejara subir a ayudarla pq mi mamá tiene Alzheimer y esta en silla de rueda, él no nos dejó subir, para que en la tarde que estaba la recepcionista (otra persona) dijo; claro que pueden subir, si es un adulto mayor que necesita ayuda extra... terrible atención, además el baño es peligrosisimo, no tiene piso antideslizante, cuando entramos a bañar a mi mamá, ella se resbaló, gracias a Dios la pudimos sostener y nos tocó bañarla sentada en una silla...

Qué me dijeron que podía hacer mi check inn cuando llegara por lo temprano de mi vuelo y no fue posible sino desde las 12 del medio día.
hubo un insidente con un huesped mexicano que hizo un escándalo y perturbó la tranquilidad , el hotel poco hizo para contenerlo

1, después de que pagamos el señor de la recepción nos dijo que no teníamos desayuno aunque al hacer el check in nos dijeron que si
2, aire acondicionado no funcionaba
3, el baño estaba sucio pelos y grasa en la ducha, piscina sucia, jacuzzi súper sucio
