Great location, size of the room, comfort
We stayed here in March 2023, and this hotel is a classic Waldorf Astoria property with unique charm woven into every design detail. We stayed in a corner suite, and the hotel thoughtfully welcomed us with chocolate-covered strawberries. Their shuttle service made dining and shopping around Beverly Hills super convenient. We truly loved every moment of our stay!

The cleanest, most beautiful and service-oriented hotel in Los Angeles. I stayed here for my partner's birthday and we had an amazing stay. So restful and relaxing that I forgot to post my review. Special thanks to Joyce Louie for always taking such great care of her guests.
We just finished our yearly visit to the Beverly Hills Waldorf Astoria. The staff was stellar in every aspect. The room was luxurious yet comfortable. A very special thanks to Jaime and Rochelle who made breakfast an elevated experience.

My son was taking a shower in the shower, there was a piece of glass inside the shower that got stuck right in my son‘s foot. I am about to go to sleep and then I see there are multiple hairs in my bed. I asked housekeeping, replaced the sheets, but they say how they cannot redo the sheets. I go downstairs to ask for a refund so I can leave the hotel, she says that I could leave whenever I want, but I will not receive my refund and they will take my money, very rude very mean do not recommend.
I have a complaint about being charged $69.12 on my checkout for my stay on April 20, 2026. I want to say your hotel was wonderful and I've received the best services I ever had at any hotel. I've visited all 50 states in the USA and over 60 different countries around the world. This is the best hotel bar none. Everyone was outstanding and I received top tier services. However, a few days after I checked out I received a bill for $69.12 that was charged on my credit card. I called the front desk and spoke to "Joyce". I told her I did not consume any of the drinks or snacks that were in the fridge. She told me she would delete the charge. After two phone calls later she was onsite and did not take my phone calls. I felt like I was ghosted. It's not about the amount of $69.12 .it's the principle. I received the best services ever at any hotel I ever stayed at. But this incident got me thinking what kind of people you guys have working for you. When someone tells me something...I expect for it to get handled. I have not received a call back from "Joyce" at the front desk either.
