Great location, clean rooms, good beds, large bathroom, friendly staff.
Nothing to complain about! Was expensive but not crazy
1. The front office staff including the bell desk . 2. The restaurant attached to it

1. Hotel shows signs of wear & tear from the minute you walk into the lobby. Badly in need of renovation.
Air conditioner is loud & dated.
Mattresses are super uncomfortable, possibly springs are broken . Carpets are mouldy .
2. Housekeeping was terrible . Poor job cleaning bathroom ( we found hair in the bath tub ) , making the sheets . No vacuuming. When we requested, front desk informed us they don’t offer mattress vacuuming
3. Hotel is too overpriced for the value it offers, even for New York . Paper cups in the rooms . Lack of any other pillow . Poorly designed storage space . Light switches need to be customer friendly.
4. Hotel gave us an ADA room & informed us that booking.com had done that though my booking clearly showed otherwise .

Loved the bathroom, I usually book my hotels based on what the bathroom looks like.

Měli jsme pokoj s krásným výhledem na 24. patře. Koupelna byla krásně vystylovaná. Pokoj byl menší, ale poradily jsme si s tím, kam umístit velký i malý kufr. Recepce i restaurace mají super design a krásně to na recepci voní.
The best group of people work there! They were so nice and so helpful. We loved everything about our stay! The rooms were nice and clean!

Good sized room (we stayed in the suite) and good views on the top floor. Unlike some hotels, didn't have to wait an age for the elevators. Staff are very friendly. Location is convenient, although mid-town is not the nicest place to stay in Manhattan
Aircon in the room was very noisy. Would've preferred a buffet breakfast and given the price, it seemed a bit mean to only offer tea or coffee or fresh juice - a cup of tea/coffee and a juice wouldn't break the bank. Good range of cooked options for breakfast (portion sizes are huge), but the fresh fruit in the continental looked like it'd been cut up the night before and the pain au chocolat was limp as it'd been heated up in a microwave. Small things, but the difference between good and great
