Una delle peggiori esperienze mai avute

1 stella solo perché non posso metterne zero.

Dopo aver soggiornato per due notti nella camera assegnata, ci è stato comunicato che dovevamo cambiare sistemazione. Nonostante il disagio, ho cercato di essere disponibile e ho accettato il cambio senza fare problemi.

La nuova sistemazione, però, era completamente inaccettabile: un appartamento al terzo piano senza ascensore, senza TV e soprattutto senza aria condizionata. E mi fermo qui, perché ci sarebbero altre cose da aggiungere.

Ho quindi fatto presente al personale che la nuova sistemazione non era adeguata e ho chiesto di poter avere un’altra camera. La cosa più assurda è stata la gestione della richiesta: mi hanno fatto aspettare circa 3 ORE nella hall, senza una valida motivazione e senza che in tutto quel tempo venisse fatto concretamente qualcosa per risolvere il problema.

Dopo aver già accettato un cambio camera che non avevo richiesto, mi sono ritrovato a dover perdere tre ore aspettando una soluzione. Trovo questo comportamento completamente irrispettoso nei confronti del cliente.

Se una struttura chiede a un ospite di cambiare camera, mi aspetterei quantomeno una sistemazione equivalente o migliore, non un appartamento con meno servizi e senza aria condizionata. E quando il cliente segnala il problema, mi aspetterei una soluzione rapida, non tre ore di attesa nella hall.

Servizio e gestione della situazione assolutamente deludenti. Non consiglio questa struttura e non ci tornerei.

Cons:

Não gostei da zona do banho. Tomar banho numa banheira sem proteção, implica o chão d casa de banho ficar praticamente inundada, e sem possibilidade de secar. É chato para os hóspedes e chato para os funcionários que fazem a limpeza.
