Excellent Stay Every Time
Pros:

As a cabin crew member,I stay at Ramada during my layovers,and my experience has always been excellent.The staff is incredibly cooperative,professional,and welcoming. Amazing Experience from Start to Finish

A really upsetting experience as Chinese toursts

ISSUE 1: MISREPRESENTATION PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

Before our stay, I contacted the hotel directly to confirm whether there were any restrictions for Chinese nationals visiting the city. The hotel explicitly stated there were no restrictions other than the police escort. Based on this assurance, we proceeded with our booking and traveled to Multan.

ISSUE 2: UNEXPECTED AND UNDISCLOSED REQUIREMENTS UPON ARRIVAL

Upon arrival, the hotel imposed two unannounced paid requirements:

1. We were required to hire an armored car at our own expense.
2. We were then additionally required to hire a paid tour guide, or focal person in hotel's word.

Neither of these requirements was disclosed before our arrival, directly contradicting what we were told. We only managed to negotiate these demands down to a police escort — and only after a significant pushback facilitated through a personal contact in law enforcement. This should not be the burden of a paying guest.

ISSUE 3: COMPLETE ABSENCE OF DIAMOND MEMBER RECOGNITION

Throughout our stay, there was no acknowledgment of my Wyndham Rewards Diamond status whatsoever even though I booked directly through Wyndham and have included my membership numbers— no welcome recognition, no benefits, and no attempt to deliver the standard Diamond member experience.
