the mattresses in the room were very uncomfortable . we were couple with a small child,the only option was to get a twin room and join the beds this made a very uncomfortable sleep. Also connecting rooms were not soundproof
I have stayed at many hotels across Pakistan, but the most professional staff I experienced was at Ramada by Wyndham Multan. Their services are outstanding, and the staff behavior is extremely respectful, cooperative, and professional. The entire team makes guests feel comfortable and welcomed while handling everything very efficiently. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality hotel experience in Multan.

I had an overall good stay at Ramada, especially because of the excellent support from the manager, Izhar. He was very professional, responsive, and handled the on-site issues efficiently whenever they came up. His attitude and willingness to help really improved the experience and made the stay much more comfortable. Staff like him leave a positive impression and deserve appreciation.
One area that could be improved is the breakfast variety. Since my stay was around a week, the breakfast menu felt repetitive with mostly the same items served daily. After a few days, it became less appealing. Adding more rotation and variety to the breakfast options would greatly enhance the experience for guests staying longer durations.
