service was exceptional. Front line staff to room service were all very polite and accommodating.

Cons:

the mattresses in the room were very uncomfortable . we were couple with a small child,the only option was to get a twin room and join the beds this made a very uncomfortable sleep. Also connecting rooms were not soundproof

I have stayed at many hotels across Pakistan, but the most professional staff I experienced was at Ramada by Wyndham Multan. Their services are outstanding, and the staff behavior is extremely respectful, cooperative, and professional. The entire team makes guests feel comfortable and welcomed while handling everything very efficiently. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality hotel experience in Multan.
