Good location,one block from the beach, nice, quiet residential area to the north with great cafes, good size room and great separate shower in bathroom (first time I have seen in 3 months in Vietnam), pleasant staff,free water daily and cleaned as requested,as we booked months in advance,got it for a very good price

Cons:

Unfortunately a few mosquitoes, would benefit from a fly spray, very firm mattress but suited us

1/ La localisation très proche de la plage, des restaurants et divers magasins
2/ le prix
3/ très calme

Cons:

1/ Le matelas trop trop ferme (pour ne pas dire franchement dur ) du jamais vu !!
2/ La fenêtre qui donne sur un mur, à moins d’un mètre

Close to the beach.

Cons:

A very old hotel in need of repair. The fridge in our room didn't work, door to the toilet didn't close properly, the shower door was missing, the water pressure was poor, and the AC wasn't cooling the room. Very hard bed mattress.
