Pros:

O prédio é suntuoso, o quarto é espaçoso, a cama é maravilhosa, as instalações são muito boas! As camareiras são ótimas!

Cons:

A internet não funciona! Zero! Os funcionários da recepção são frios, a localização é boa pra quem vai as feiras no centro de convenções de Hongqiao! O restaurante é fraco! Podia ser melhor!

Cons:

Piscina falta manutenção e ajuste da temperatura. Está informado 26 graus porem é muito baixa essa temperatura. Até hóspedes chineses que estavam lá para entrar consideraram temperatura baixa. Dica: O ideal é em torno de 30 graus.
Se o SPA estivesse funcionando, poderia ajudar nessa baixa temperatura da piscina. Mas parece que está desativada. Péssimo não ter um SPA, no nosso caso, depois de viagem de várias viagens totalizando 20 horas de voo e nenhuma aguar quentinha para ajudar a diminuir o Jetleg
